Katherine McQuestion, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, who was a radiology technician at St. Catherine’s Medical Center in Pleasant Prairie and who had received a flu shot that led to sepsis from the toxins in the vaccination, and a heart attack, passed away on January 2nd.
