DHS Release Gas In NYC Subway As Part Of ‘Bioterorrism Drill’

DHS perform 'bioterrorism drill' in NYC subway, releasing 'harmless gas' on the public

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) are to release gas in the NYC Subway system as part of a “bioterrorism drill” this coming week.

The DHS claim that the drill poses no threat to the public, as the gas contains “harmless particle materials”, but have refused to say what the particle’s actually contain.

The drill is similar to another one conducted in California last winter for Anthrax.

These new drills have raised suspicion that the intelligence agencies have some kind of foreknowledge about an impending terrorist attack on New York City, despite reassurances from officials to the contrary.

Nydailynews.com reports:

The “non-toxic, safe gas material” will be released at subway stations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens in order to understand where hazardous material would travel in the event of a biological terrorist attack.

“This is important information to help local authorities to enhance their emergency preparedness,” DHS Program Manager Dr. Donald Bansleben said Friday.

Officials said there is currently no credible threat against either New York City or the subway system.
