Lawsuit Filed As Bernie Sanders Wins California By Landslide

Bernie Sanders wins California primary by a landslide, amid media blackout

A historic lawsuit has been filed in California after a widespread cover-up of Bernie Sanders’ landslide victory at the primary election earlier in the week.

The lawsuit will require the counting of all the provisional ballots, which Sanders says gives him a landslide win in the state.

Justicegazette.org reports:

The theft of California hasn’t deterred Sanders from his course. He has promised to fight on while noting it is a steep uphill climb. Given all the states where vote fraud in favor of Hillary Clinton has been allowed to swing primaries from Sanders to Clinton, it is in fact a steep uphill climb to restore democracy and force the now undemocratic Democratic Party to nominate the man the vast majority of American voters have voted for or tried to vote for.

It has been learned from poll workers that 50% to 90% of voters who were supposed to have been eligible to vote in the Democratic primary were told they would have to vote provisional ballots. There were two irregularities leading to the forced use of provisional ballots instead of regular ballots. The first was that previously registered voters’ names had been removed from the rolls. The second was that someone (in most cases, not the voter) had marked them as vote by mail voters but they had received no ballot in the mail. Oddly, virtually all of those not allowed to vote and forced to vote provisional ballots were Bernie Sanders supporters.

The next oddity is even more curious. Poll workers in Los Angeles and Orange County report that Bernie won the electronic votes in their precincts by well over a 2 to 1 margin, the opposite of the result of the vote count. The contrast between this and the outcome is indicative of vote-flipping. Also the outcome.. outcome does not match what anyone who has conducted polling in this state knows: Below the election night video is a video about black box voting (Hacking Democracy) , The Democratic Party has essentially endorsed this video, showing it at various conventions and another video of a computer programmer confessing to creating a vote-flipping program.

If you add the lower figure of 50% of voters who were not allowed to vote regular ballots for Bernie to the votes he received, you wind up with a substantial Sanders landslide victory in California. The primary beneficiary of the fraud is Hillary Clinton.

As for provisional ballots, acclaimed BBC reporter, author and election fraud expert Greg Palast calls them “placebo ballots.” Greg is the reporter who exposed the voter fraud in Florida in 2000. Nightline used his footage in covering the story. Here is from Greg’s article, “How California is being stolen from Sanders right now.”

“As I’ve previously reported, provisional ballots are “placebo” ballots that let you feel like you’ve voted, but you haven’t. Provisional ballots are generally discarded.”

The Justice Gazette has conducted considerable polling and the official results reflect the opposite of how people said they were going to vote. At the California Democratic Convention most of the elected delegates were “Bernie or Bust.” Ask yourself, when Sanders gets enthusiastic crowds of thousands in California (sixty thousand according to police in Oakland alone) compared to laid- back crowds of hundreds for Clinton, who voted for Clinton? Ask your neighbors, co-workers and fellow students if they voted for her and then start asking how she supposedly won the election without the support of the voters. Or just look at Alameda County (Berkeley, Oakland), where Sanders was greeted by a hundred thousand active supporters, where Clinton is very unpopular and where Clinton’s percentage and Sanders percentage appear to be the exact reversal of what the residents of that county know to be the case. If you walked into any store or group setting, other than a Clinton gathering, and asked who was going to vote for Clinton, you would find that nobody or maybe one or two people would be considering voting for her. Almost all the rest would be planning to vote for Bernie Sanders. We know. At the Justice Gazette, reporters did just that.

Poll workers in Orange and Los Angeles County have reported that Bernie won the electronic votes in their precincts by well over a 2 to 1 margin. So how does this translate into a victory for Clinton? Ask yourself why an excited crowd of thousands came to the election night event of a loser when this kind of crowd has never come to the event of a primary loser in California’s history. Perhaps this is because Sanders didn’t lose. Votes can be flipped in less than a minute by someone walking into the Registrars office. Watch Bev Harris’s documentary Hacking Democracy and the video of a confession on the creator of a program designed to do just that below.

Prior to going into the California primary, it was known that Sanders was going to insist that the Democratic National Convention nominate the winner of the California primary. Clinton is very unpopular in California and it would have been impossible for her to acquire the votes to win legitimately. There was only one way for Clinton to win and that was to rig the election. Those running the Democratic Party have made it clear, following the known rigging of elections in other states, that they either consider election fraud and rigging a proper way to win a nomination or don’t care if a candidate wins this way.

Back to forcing the majority of Sanders voters to vote uncounted provisional ballots. You may ask, how Hillary knew who to disenfranchise? There are multiple ways. First, new voters were overwhelmingly planning to vote for Bernie. Second, of the NPP (no party preference) voters, the vast majority were Sanders supporters. But it may also be the Sanders campaign that owes the voters an apology for letting Clinton know which voters to disenfranchise.

Last December the relationship between NGP Van and Clinton and that Van’s apparent willingness to engage in unethical conduct on behalf of the Clinton campaign was widely exposed. Yet, the primary applications the Sanders campaign uses for canvassing were obtained from NGP Van. One of the main application programs the Sanders campaign used for canvassing is called Minivan. It is well known that many many, if not most, manufacturers leave a backdoor allowing them to re-access programs.

In Arizona, Sanders poll workers were told on the last day before the election that it was known that their MiniVan program had been hacked and that on that pre-election day, people would be using paper canvassing sheets. This was just for the last minute stuff. Almost all the canvassing had been done already in Arizona. What did the Sanders volunteers tell MiniVan (and possibly the Clinton campaign) about the voters they canvassed or called? They marked if the person was: “Strong Sanders,” “Leaning Sanders,” “Strong Clinton,””Leaning Clinton,” or “Undecided,” among other things. If you were Clinton and you wanted to disenfranchise millions of voters, wouldn’t it be nice to know who is supporting your opponent? For the record, reporters for the Justice Gazette did bring their concerns about MiniVan to the attention of the Sanders campaign following Arizona. However, the campaign went back to using this in state after state.

While the public is mostly loyal to Sanders, some question the loyalty of some of his staffers. Canvassers were given wildly inaccurate precinct phone and walking lists that left off most of the voters who were planning to support Sanders. Canvassers were supposed to skip about 20 or more houses for every one they hit. Usually the one selected had the wrong occupant while the new occupants of the selected houses as well as people who were supposed to be passed over in the other 20, often said they were registered and planning to vote for Bernie to canvassers who chose to speak to them anyway. It was pointed out to the campaign that it would have been easier and more productive to go door to door to all the houses than to search around for the one inaccurate address on a street a mile from the last address.

Another key alert as to possible infiltrators was the odd treatment of the press. While Correct the Record and reporters/hackers from other organizations and media groups promoting Clinton were treated like royalty, members of the press who had gone on record supporting Sanders were often treated with contempt by certain members of the team running logistics at the rallies. Correct the Record (the PAC paying a million dollars to hackers who put child pornography on Sanders facebook pages and then got them closed down) was given the best filming location in San Pedro after that same prime filming location had been denied to news teams favorable to Sanders. On election night, several reporters favorable to Sanders commented on how rudely they were being treated. Reginald Hubbard and Jesse Cornett who reportedly threatened some of the mild-mannered, more loyal press with loss of equipment, removal or confiscation of their press credentials (which they had brought with them) and removal of the actual reporters from the event in response to polite questions about the sound arrangements. Most of the pro-Sanders reporters were placed on a riser near distorted speakers and denied access to the event’s sound boxes they had been promised and which were provided for other media. One reporter, a very sweet woman, who had been traveling on a bus following the candidate, seemed to disappear from the event after she reported that she had been rudely treated by these same staff people prior to the speech.

The fix was in before the primary. An instructional video for poll workers told them to give provisional ballots to NPP voters, official conduct that would have been illegal in California. AP joined in the effort to try to fix the election by calling the nomination for Clinton the night before the election when AP knew or should have known that Clinton did not have enough pledged delegates and would not have enough on June 7th to be the nominee. This appears to have been part of the overall attempt to suppress the vote. As Sanders has repeatedly pointed out,

“If there is a large turnout we will win. If there is a very large turnout we will win huge. If there is a low turnout, we will lose.”

In spite of AP’s false call, the actual turnout was very large and, but for the suppression, the evidence supports the theory that Sanders would have won by a very wide margin.

Overall, it was a tough night for Sanders supporters. The average American is not about to support Hillary Clinton. Nobody at the election night event believed there was any accuracy in the results. Despite the officials results (which left off half or more of the voters), the Sanders supporters were optimistic as they knew in their hearts that Sanders had won California. With the election rigging and theft so obvious, the bulk of the public does not believe that Clinton is a legitimate nominee. The bulk of the Democratic voters will never accept Clinton or vote for her in the general election. Some are calling the theft of the nomination a “coup d’ etat,” “treason” and “sedition” on Clinton’s part.

As for the voters who weren’t allowed to vote, the buck stop with two people: California Secretary of State and Clinton supporter Alex Padilla and Hillary Clinton, herself, the candidate who benefited from the voter suppression. Almost everyone in American knows or is related to one of Clinton’s victims. Clinton’s apparent crimes are against the American people and this matters more than whether a clown is running as a nominee the other party. America has survived racist clown Presidents in the past but is not about to endure a President who has committed crimes that have destroyed the right to vote of people they know.

The crowd at the Sanders rally is not going to give up. In fact they are energized and angry and most of them have as their top goal, defeating Hillary Clinton in all elections. If Bernie were to endorse her, his supporters would be saddened and many would feel betrayed, but the Sanders voters have made it clear that they will not follow Bernie to Clinton.

In view of the information from polling place workers about Sanders winning by more than a 2 to 1 margin and in view of the removal of 2/3 or more of his votes from the official results, the Justice Gazette declares Bernie Sanders the landslide winner of the 2016 California Primary Election.

  • Daniel French

Where are the sources? Is there any other information on this.

    • Shaun Stark

The sources are common sense, you dope – just look at EVERY video from ANY rally that EITHER candidate had this election, and just TRY and convince me that’s not indicative of the sentiment of the America people… I dare you.

      • The GrimReaper2116

Shaun Stark, you are at total doofus, Can you tell me how many of the people at those large rallies were paid to be there?? can you tell me How many people were bused in by the Republican party to help Bernie’s Rallies look bigger than they really were?? the large Rallies and low voter turnout, is indicative of someone boosting Bernie Sanders rally numbers………..doofus, conspiracies come from a weak mind that has nothing better to do………….

        • Melissa Dunbar

What are you saying. Lol. I can guarantee you that people were not being paid by Bernie to attend his rallies. What kind of nonsense is that? He doesn’t have big corporate money to spend. Why tf would Repubs pay any attention to his rally numbers? Hers are dismal. That speaks loads for itself.

Some of us are actually fighting tooth and nail to have a country worth fighting for again. So, you can take YOUR conspiracy theories and go get your socialized meds when Bernie is president.

          • The GrimReaper2116

Bernie Sanders will never be President of the united States of America, he has lost, so you are delusional, accept the fact that he lost, and move on…….this whole article is a Conspiracy theory period, you got to have actual evidence in a court of law, not speculations and innuendos and what if’s

Hillary is facing likely indictments under the espionage act. Gross negligence is still against the law. So even if her excuse of “convenience” is accepted she will still face consequence. If Obama pardons her the FBI has threatened to release everything to the public. There is no way she gets out of this. She is already facing lawsuits. First time in history both presumptive nominees are facing lawsuits. Hill bots should be ashamed for voting for such a bad candidate.

          • Elyse Stewart-Sass

            There is evidence. Plenty.

          • zihuarob

Wishful thinker wants to coronate Hillary without a democratic election. What the hell kind of Democratic voter are you? Are you in love with her vagina? Because if you were a clear thinking patriotic and principled Democrat you would be infuriated by the #ElectoralFraud instead of trying to dismiss it. #ShamElection

          • E. Oberlander

The Repubs wanted Bernie to win. They know he would be easy to beat. they would look into his past and rip him to shreds.

          • MarieBlue

I’ve seen this argument multiple times (paid Clinton posters?), but every time the same thing happens. I ask “What, exactly, is in his past- all of these things that could take him down? Name one.” All I ever hears is :::crickets:::

        • ALEC-2 Webmaster

did you drive one of the busses?

        • David Dessukes

More like the other way around with republicans busing people to Hellary’s rallies. They want her cause she is a DINO.I’m voting for Trump if Bernie losses.Anyone who supports her is an idiot, she is a corrupt liar who supports the TTP,another nail in the coffin for American workers the other being NAFTA.Get the hell out of here you anti American shill.Go step on the American flag somewhere else.

        • Pj Neeley

Wait, you just claimed that people were paid to go to the rallies and/or bused in by the GOP, then claimed it is others spouting conspiracies? Really? You don’t see the Irony in that? LMAO

        • Kathleen Clark

No, Grim Reaper YOU are the doofus

        • a.a.nagy

You’ve proven that you are delusional. There is no reason to engage with you anymore.

      • CBunny

I think the grimreaper protests a bit much, yes? A paid hillbot troll, no doubt.

        • The GrimReaper2116

you see what happens when you assume things……..you are wrong. not paid by anybody…….that is a lame was to try to invalidate what I have posted…it is just as true as this whole article. yeah, I do support Hillary Clinton for President, and she will win……..oh yeah Bernie Sanders has to support her or else,

          • ALEC-2 Webmaster

CAN YOU GIVE TEN (10) VALID REASONS YOU SUPPORT HILLARY CLINTON?

          • Cpack1

Or else… LOL that sounds like a threat. Hillbots are just like their candidate, low life scum. She is facing indictments under the espionage act. Gross negligence is still a crime. So even if she she can pull off her B.S excuse about “convenience”, she will still face charges. Bernie will win contested convention, and Hillary will probably be barred from ever running for public office, if not indicted and jailed. If Obama pardons her the, FBI has threatened to release all of the details to the public. There is no way Hillary gets away this time.

          • a.a.nagy

Hillary supporters, “Hillbots,” are not bad people. They are naive, in denial of her past actions, or support her because she is a women.

          • Cpack1

A hillbot is not just a Hillary supporter. A hillbot is a robot like person that repeats the same invalid talking points that the media an Hillary’s campaign use. Hillbots are basically those who repeat everything they hear their candidate or the mainstream news say. They never do research, and they know their candidate is a poor choice, but they go into denial and act like republicans. They use Trump like republicans use religion “socialism”, “big government”, and the fear of people’s guns being taken away to incite fear in order to get a vote. Hillbot use the same tactic but use Trump as their fear card. A Hillbot is someone who also refuses to hear or accept any criticism of Hillary. They often use Obama, gender, and Trump to evade any serious questioning. They tend to be a lot like their candidate.

          • Kevin Schmidt

Or else what? Are you threatening a presidential candidate?
You could go to jail for that.

        • zihuarob

          Not in your case, obviously.

      • E. Oberlander

That is a stupid assumption. I don’t have time to go to rally’s nor do most of my friends. We have jobs and kids. But we do vote. There are a lot of us but I guess since you don’t see us at rally’s we don’t count.

NPP voters should’ve been given Democrat ballots, not provisional.

      • April Deming

They were all given provisional because the poll workers were “misinformed”.

I saw a screen shot of a poll workers manual…it was actually written in the manual to give out Provisionals .

How can you have tens of thousands at rally’s compared to a few hundred? Some thing is rotten in Denmark

    • Jacques

Because the overwhelming majority of voters don’t do rallies. Duh.

      • Synthia Fagen

        Yeah. Keep deluding yourself.

      • CBunny

        So dumb it hurts.

      • Simba Poage

you do realize that if they are gonna make the effort to sit through several hours at a rally, that they can and will eagerly take the 10 minutes out it takes to vote

        • Synthia Fagen

After waiting hours in line to even get in. Yeah, they’re going to now just forget to vote. No. They couldn’t wait to go make that badge-of-honor vote.

Some Hillary’s voters weren’t enthusiastic enough to come back to second and third tier parts of caucuses and therefore lost delegates.

The whole thing will be exposed. It may be too late for this election but not the next ones. Were coming up with our own citizen’s exit polling aps and other ways to weed out all the fraud from here on out.

We do not live in a democracy. In fact… the word “democracy” does not appear in our Constitution, any of the state’s constitutions or the Bill of Rights. There is a very specific reason for this. The reason is… We are a “Constitutional Republic”. Today’s youth seem to know nothing…about our country’s history or economics. Sadness.

          • Brad Weiss

How do you know the poster’s age? Very interested to hear how you deduced it.

          • bill66

As this poster thinks our country is a democracy, I deducted that this poster did not recite the ‘pledge of allegiance’ in school every morning. This has happened to the new ‘microwave’ generation.

          • Brad Weiss

You must have attended after they quit teaching logic.

          • bill66

My, that was very compelling and well thought out. You too, must be of the microwave generation.

          • Brad Weiss

Okay, let me demonstrate. Your assumption suffers from several fallacies, so I’ll narrow it down a bit.

The main one would be a false cause fallacy. Whether or not a person said the Pledge of Allegiance in school would have no bearing over what they might (or might not) know about civics. Perhaps he or she read a book and found out the information that way (bear with me, I know the concept of reading a book to learn information instead of having something drilled into your brain by slogans must be terribly abstract and confusing, but it really does happen!). Or, maybe they said the Pledge every morning, but some trusted source (a teacher maybe) said that ‘Democracy is the American way!’ and they themselves committed the fallacy of accepting their teacher’s perceived wisdom in light of the teacher’s authority, even though it was incorrect. See how that works? Correlation is not causation. Age has nothing to do with knowledge.

You also are guilty of a genetic fallacy with the poster, and a tu quoque fallacy with me. But seeing as your idiocy has been demonstrated, I don’t suppose I need to pile on further embarrassment, other than just to say to you that, yes, I actually did say the pledge every morning, and I do know we are a republic, so your assumptions are wrong again, Billy-boy.

I hope this “very compelling and well thought out” demonstration of your poor logic has been to your liking. I figured it would not be necessary, and that you would have the brainpower to understand what I was saying without some tedious demonstration, but I suppose that was my own presumption. You know what they say happens when you ASS-U-ME! Or, who am I kidding, of course you don’t know.

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have some crow warming up for you in the microwave. Do you take it with mustard? I hear that’s how the ‘I ain’t never wrong about nothin’ generation prefer eating their crow. 20 bucks says you won’t admit you were wrong. 20 more says you can’t prove that you weren’t, and will just have another lame ad hominem to throw my way. So predictable.

          • Detrie

True indeed. It’s not just students, but our politicians who forget. Presidents (notably Bush) talked of ‘sowing the seeds of democracy’ yet the USA is not one of them. They are self-appointed sheriffs who wage wars to gain influence and to keep the military manufacturing machine running.

Not all votes are counted or equal as most primary and presidential elections have clearly shown. Like the democrat superdelegates, some people, notably the gentry (rich/wealthy), effectively have votes that are have more sway, Their use of restrictive voting laws, lobbyists and bribes are the valid mechanisms used, and as the Clintons show us, is all quite ‘legal’ in a republic

Yes, the rich people run the place and always have. Get over it. Perhaps the decision is do we want to keep the current feudal/plutocrat-run government or move towards a true democracy? No society is cast in stone and political systems can be changed. The French did it in 1789.

          • purfact

a Republic means that we vote [a democratic process] for representatives that will represent US if they do not they are not our representatives. The Constitution also suggests justice for ALL.
US is actually a federated republic with democratic tendencies. To remove the democratic part is to remove any degree of control by “we the people” and would end the whole meaning in the constitution.

          • bill66

No, it doesn’t. Democracy means that if the majority want your bicycle, they can take it. In a Republic, your bicycle is yours and you owe it to nobody, by law. In a republic, the minority’s rights are protected from the majority. In a democracy, your rights can change by the whims of the majority. The US “is actually’ a Constitutional Republic.

          • purfact

It is a Constitutional Federated Republic and has nothing to do with bikes. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_government_of_the_United_States

          • bill66

Yes. I wrote that the US is a Constitutional Republic. My analogy used a bicycle. I don’t give a flying f–k if you like bicycles or not. The point is, this is not a majority rule country. Your bicycle is not for the majority to take. If you fear two wheels, then you can use ‘your home’ in the analogy. Dumbf–k.

          • bill66

There is justice for all. Much to the liberals dismay, this does not translate to wealth.

          • purfact

So your Mom let U use the computer again, or did someone steal your bike and u just bored..

          • bill66

It’s “you”, sparkles, not ‘U’. If you ask a question, try using a question mark at the end of sentences. This is called “grammar”. “Grammar” is taught in “schools”.

          • Teresa Boyden-Knudsen

The Supreme Court handed a victory to George W. Bush, who was not elected at all. Respectfully, we need to keep the Supreme Court out of elections, and make sure that We the People make every vote count.

          • sailorbill

Courts bought by AIPAC and Hillary is AIPACS little bitch

          • JNWesner

The Supreme Court can’t just take up a case. It must reach them through the lower courts, requiring up to three earlier hearing courts. This usually takes years. Thinking they can just deal with an issue because they want to shows a massive lack of understanding of the process.

          • Janet Moore

Hopefully it will come out before the Republican Convention. That is the plan.

Bernie can’t do anything about this, but we can as a people. We have the power to show we don’t want Hilary for Pres.

          • Leila Deurell

what he can do is run independent if he wants to.

          • JNWesner

It’s too late to get on the ballot in most, maybe all, states, so he’d have to run write-in. That would probably guarantee President Trump. Can you, can we, live with that?

I wonder if you were saying “Can you, can we, live with that?” when Bernie was polling better vs Hillary against Trump? Just curious. I bet you weren’t.

I am a grandfather, cupcake. You haven’t been around a whole lot longer than me. Bernie, is more than likely as old, if not older than either of us. He won’t last long. He is also a socialist. he does not speak for our nation, but only speaks for about 1/6 of it. Anybody with any assets will not be voting for him. Nobody with any brains will not vote hillary. This calls for a republican celebration.

You showed your hand as an uninformed fool. ” he’s a socialist, he doesn’t speak for our nation “….see right there, you show your stupidity. In your old age, do not see or just not understand how much of our country runs on socialist ideologies. You watch way too much faux news

          • bill66

It’s staggering to see how our educational system failed you at history and even the very basics of economics. I have not ever watched fox news, though I’m wondering how chumps who always quote fox news get their information… if they hate the news they watch. That might be your obvious issue. then why so they try to privatize it? Get real, there are things that are in the public good and require citizen participation to make happen. And his crazy socialist ideas, when I was young state universities were practically tuition free and the health insurance companies were all what are called mutuals and were true non profits. The idea that making them into private entities was sold as a way to make them more “efficient” that is efficient at extracting money from people. And state universities were a major source of open research into a wide variety of things that is now more narrowly directed by the private corps who are funding research and wanting results that please them. We have lost so much and it is getting worse. It’s called Neo-liberalism in economics and it’s ugly, pitting people against each other and the sucking sound you hear is the money all going to the top leaving we poor peons in the mud.

Bernie is 4 years older than Trump. Hardly an issue; since he’s spent more time on the campaign trail than any of the candidates and seems to have unlimited energy. He doesn’t travel in his own jet; he goes in coach to talk to real people. I’ve seen him deliver much more to many more than Trump and Hillary combined. So those measly 4 years are meaningless. The last Democratic Socialist we elected was FDR and we liked him so much he was elected for 4 terms. I’m sure since you are so old you remember studying about him? He was disabled and we still liked him! Why would we want a guy who has not yet told anyone what his strategy is on anything? Except to make America great again and keep rich people from paying taxes? Yes, he’ll make us win so much, we’ll be tired on winning. LOL! A man who started out with a million dollars from daddy and filed bankruptcy 6 times and hires the illegals he wants to build a wall to keep apart form us? A guy who changes wives when they age and talks about his daughter as though he’d like to have sex with her? A man who inspires rage and anger at his rallies, even offers to pay legal fees for beating up protesters? His tax returns aren’t out there, because he doesn’t pay taxes and he’s proud of it. WOW! What an American! He refuses to allow press to talk to him if he doesn’t like what they say. So he doesn’t like free speech for protesters for journalists? He claims he’ll behave more “presidential” after he’s elected. OMG Does anyone buy that? The rest of the world is begging us to not elect him. Not just world leaders; people off the streets who have been stopped form their opinion. He’s an embarrassment. And frankly, I believe the theory that Bill Clinton asked him to run as a favor so Hillary could win. Don’t think for a moment that this isn’t a staged event. Donald Trump knows how to do reality TV better than anyone. SAD times in America!

Bernie Sanders acknowledged on Wednesday the improbability that he’ll leave the Democratic National Convention in July as the party’s presidential nominee.

The Vermont senator and presidential hopeful, who fell short in the delegate count to presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, was asked during a C-SPAN interview if he would be giving a speech during the convention.

This is from today. Suck on it.

          • bill66

Free speech does not mean being disruptive a—oles. Punching…egging…blocking roads… beating on people… that is not a peaceful protest. They are kids stomping their little feet whining. You realize… there already is a wall….. right?he has filed tax returns. have you seen them? did you like them? What info did you get from them? Are you voting for hillary? bernie’s not in. I showed you that. He’s out. He’s gone. I have a lot of info on hillary as well. That will be my next post for ya.

          • bill66

When Bill Clinton was president, he allowed Hillary to assume authority over a health care reform. Even after threats and intimidation, she couldn’t even get a vote in a democratic controlled congress. This fiasco cost the American taxpayers about $13 million in cost for studies, promotion, and other efforts.

Then President Clinton gave Hillary authority over selecting a female attorney general. Her first two selections were Zoe Baird and Kimba Wood – both were forced to withdraw their names from consideration.

Next she chose Janet Reno – husband Bill described her selection as “my worst mistake.” Some may not remember that Reno made the decision to gas David Koresh and the Branch Davidian religious sect in Waco , Texas resulting in dozens of deaths of women and children.

Husband Bill allowed Hillary to make recommendations for the head of the Civil Rights Commission. Lani Guanier was her selection. When a little probing led to the discovery of Ms. Guanier’s radical views, her name had to be withdrawn from consideration.

Apparently a slow learner, husband Bill allowed Hillary to make some more recommendations. She chose former law partners Web Hubbel for the Justice Department, Vince Foster for the White House staff, and William Kennedy for the Treasury Department. Her selections went well: Hubbel went to prison, Foster (presumably) committed suicide, and Kennedy was forced to resign.

Many younger votes will have no knowledge of “Travelgate.” Hillary wanted to award unfettered travel contracts to Clinton friend Harry Thompson – and the White House Travel Office refused to comply. She managed to have them reported to the FBI and fired. This ruined their reputations, cost them their jobs, and caused a thirty-six month investigation. Only one employee, Billy Dale was charged with a crime, and that of the enormous crime of mixing personal and White House funds. A jury acquitted him of any crime in less than two hours.

Still not convinced of her ineptness, Hillary was allowed to recommend a close Clinton friend, Craig Livingstone, for the position of Director of White House security. When Livingstone was investigated for the improper access of about 900 FBI files of Clinton enemies (Filegate) and the widespread use of drugs by White House staff, suddenly Hillary and the president denied even knowing Livingstone, and of course, denied knowledge of drug use in the White House. Following this debacle, the FBI closed its White House Liaison Office after more than thirty years of service to seven presidents.

Next, when women started coming forward with allegations of sexual harassment and rape by Bill Clinton, Hillary was put in charge of the “bimbo eruption” and scandal defense. Some of her more notable decisions in the debacle was:
She urged her husband not to settle the Paula Jones lawsuit. After the Starr investigation they settled with Ms. Jones.

She refused to release the Whitewater documents, which led to the appointment of Ken Starr as Special Prosecutor. After $80 million dollars of taxpayer money was spent, Starr’s investigation led to Monica Lewinsky, which led to Bill lying about and later admitting his affairs.

Hillary’s devious game plan resulted in Bill losing his license to practice law for ‘lying under oath’ to a grand jury and then his subsequent impeachment by the House of Representatives.

Hillary avoided indictment for perjury and obstruction of justice during the Starr investigation by repeating, “I do not recall,” “I have no recollection,” and “I don’t know” a total of 56 times while under oath.

After leaving the White House, Hillary was forced to return an estimated $200,000 in White House furniture, china, and artwork that she had stolen.
What a swell party – ready for another four or eight year of this type low-life mess?

Now we are exposed to the destruction of possibly incriminating emails while Hillary was Secretary of State and the “pay to play” schemes of the Clinton Foundation – we have no idea what shoe will fall next. But to her loyal fans – “what difference does it make?”

This is who you wish to run the country? This? Just because you don’t like broccoli doesn’t mean you eat a turd.

Either Hillary or Trump would be disasters for this nation. If the superdelegates select the worst Democratic Party candidate ever to run against Trump, instead of the candidate that polls far better against Trump, you can’t blame the voters because the Democratic superdelegates had picked such a terrible candidate. You will find that most Bernie supporters will vote for someone instead of against someone. If the superdelegates pick the candidate that polls far worse against Trump, the superdelegates can not be that concerned about Trump.

          • bill66

            Yes.

          • Grumpus

Yes, i would prefer Trump over Hillary because I think neoliberal/neocon Hillary is far more dangerous than Trump. Hillary and the GOP leadership have both been bought off by the billionaires and thus have a lot in common. They both support trickle down economics such as Wall Street over main street, corporations over people, more wars that will enrich the military complex, and interventionist policies on behalf of US businesses.

Meaning quite simply Hillary does the bidding of the billionaires because she has been purchased by them. Trump is not beholden to them. With Hillary TPP that will give up US sovereignty to corporations will pass because she will get support from both the corporate bought Democrats and the Republican congressmen. With Trump less of a chance of it passing because he is not beholden to US businesses like Hillary is.

Hillary is more of a war hawk than many Republicans and his bought off by the military complex. She will intervene in other countries thus greatly increasing human suffering. Trump is not beholden to the military complex or US international businesses like Hillary is.

Trump may not be beholden to them but his true ambition is to become a Trillionaire, be careful.

That would rock for us Republicans. The more votes he takes away from hill-arious, the better. That will ensure a Republican victory. Thanks in advance.

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

That’s accurate, speaking as a progressive voter.

          • bill66

You certainly have a lot to write. I’m imagining this is how the inside of your head looks. All empty.

A zen master might consider a mindful yet uncluttered space exempt from negative emotions and nonsense an achievement. Very unlike what you’re likely to irrationally spew back to this comment as an “angry monkey mind”,,, as Buddhist and Taoist mediators like to call it. But alas, being no Zen master, I can be as reactive as the next guy. So cheer up Grumpy Grandpa 🙂 Life is short…

Bill if you really were a Trump supporter, you’d know to shut up and let us accept Trump as the lesser evil on our terms. Rather than attempt to scare us into voting for HRC, due to decades of media pumped fear about Republicans.

          • bill66

If you let the media scare you, you deserve who you get.

          • http://tech-zilla.com/ TechZilla

We do not deserve what elitists do to us, they deserve our pitchforks.

          • bill66

What’s keeping you from being an elitist? What’s keeping you from getting a slice?

          • http://tech-zilla.com/ TechZilla

That a serious question Bill? I would answer, if you convinced me your reason for asking was worthy. You’ve read my prior articulate responses, so lay it out, I want your actual thoughts.

          • bill66

I can’t answer for you. Only you know what’s holding you back. I ask because all I see on these stories is how ‘they deserve our pitchforks’ (not very articulate), Why? What did they do to you? Have more money than you? I don’t actually want to know what’s holding you back because I don’t care. I don’t care if the wealthy are wealthy. It makes no difference to me if they live well. But… for some reason… bernie supporters hate the wealthy. They want them to ‘pay more’ for some reason… like they’ll get a piece of someone else’s success. Nobody owes a bernie supporter “anything’. Bernie supporters are entitled to 0. Bernie never stood a chance because the only people supporting him were the destitute (15%-ish of the nation) and those who wanted a college loan or already had a college loan. Telling the wealthy and well off that they are going to pay for the younglings is not going to win him the nations highest seat.

          • http://tech-zilla.com/ TechZilla

Bill they deserve our pitchforks because they deny us our popular sovereignty. They have no right to government against the public will. I’m sick of establishment corruption, they enrich themselves at our expense, passing BS trade deals that screw working class people… Do I really need to go on more? Or do you finally understand why we’re not a bunch of dirty hippies who want hand outs. I don’t want freebies, I want the value created by working class people to be retained by those people.

          • LindaRobin

Bernie Sanders has the option to run as an independent. But, he won’t do that because he know he would stand ZERO chance of winning, and that he would be handing the election to Donald Trump.

          • Leila Deurell

I just don’t know, if he can’t sway the dem party to have a platform that is acceptable to him for us, he might do something. He would win, you know if the votes weren’t rigged he’d be the nominee. I think he would win.

          • JNWesner

So that means if enough of us reject Hillary — which appeals to me — we get Trump. Think about it: could you, could the country, could the world, survive up to four years of Trump?

          • missythemissmiss

Yes, we can survive Trump. He can be neutered with a Democratic House and Senate. No, we cannot survive 4-8 years of a war hawk who works for Wall St. This election is about so much more than the Presidency, the SCOTUS or the economy. It’s about democracy. Even if the election is fair, Clinton has taken dark money, so she won’t be working for us, she will work for them. That’s not democracy.

          • JNWesner

And you think it’s possible to have Trump win but elect a Democrat majority in both houses? That would be unique.

          • missythemissmiss

Anything’s possible. I don’t really care what happens if Bernie Sanders isn’t going to be our next President, because I don’t think it matters. It’s my opinion that Clinton is more dangerous, but that’s up to the voters to decide. We’ll get the President we deserve.

          • http://tech-zilla.com/ TechZilla

NO, that’s just what elitists say to us, and all after they tip the scales. They throw away our votes, call HRC the winner anyway, how did we deserve it? What happens when they do the same to Trump, and HRC is called the winner? How did we deserve that? In fact it’s the opposite, and already was, they deserve the pitchforks.

          • missythemissmiss

When I said we get the President we deserve, I was speaking to Clinton supporters. Until there is a mass awakening, we will keep voting for the same people who will uphold the status quo.

          • http://tech-zilla.com/ TechZilla

Keep the 60’s version of liberal nonsense on the shelf, the masses do not need a spiritual awakening. They need organization and leadership. They need credible plans, that are neither Utopian bullshit, nor lashing out disorganized militancy. We are more than ready, we’re passed the phase you think we’re on.

          • missythemissmiss

Well, at least half of the liberals are there, but the other half are still in the clouds waiting for Rachel Maddow to tell then what to do.

          • http://tech-zilla.com/ TechZilla

The half you think know where we are at, are not liberal at all, they are in fact anti-liberal and purposely mislead about what liberalism is based upon. They are Social Democrats at minimum…. many further left of that are Socialists, they are leftists. The half that actually listens to Maddow, are the real Social Liberals (Liberals), they are the same globalists who have ruled in coalition with the Classic Liberals (Conservatives)… both sides of our neo-liberal coin.

We must recognize them for what they have always been, our class enemies. Then we must be willing to get close to working class, regardless of their present ideological leanings, and through our shared interests prove to them in real time that they were previously incorrect. No more phony hypocritical Liberal moralizing, posturing and censorship. Willingness to meet our people where they are, and willingness to stand for our class interests, anything less will only empower our those who wish to disenfranchise us further.

For you to be part of the solution though, you must unlearn what every liberal institution has taught you about fearing democracy and our people. It took me years to finally understand, our ONLY allies are those reactionaries…. so we’re ONLY going to win when we begin teaching them, instead of alienating them.

          • http://tech-zilla.com/ TechZilla

Yea she is, Trump is just somewhat offensive, he’s not near as dangerous. .. which is why they consider him so dangerous, because he’s actually less dangerous for us. HRC is a proven fighter, for the trans-national capitalist class.

          • http://tech-zilla.com/ TechZilla

Yea it’s possible for sure, in fact that will be probably what most of us would end up doing. Personally me, I’m gonna vote for whoever the establishment hates the most on every race. The parties are not our friends, they fuck us for breakfast.

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

The House NOR the Senate of either party can neuter Trump’s mouth on the world’s most powerful bully pulpit. The man significantly changes for no one or nothing as he judges strength to be not backing down… and maybe spinning if he ABSOLUTELY has to.
Trust this – we have never seen a dangerous personality like this in the modern presidency. Trump has been isolated in a bubble of self entitlement thinking he hit a home run when he was born on home plate compared to W. Bush’s 3rd base start. Trump has been surrounded by cultural and social yes-men (not the same as just a business context where he’s been more honestly and better advised during his life) that has left him a profoundly arrogant, self convinced lover of power and money, rationalized bigotry with his promotion of a few women (usually “attractive” when hired) and minorities because both have to work harder than the entitled white guys – all for his benefit.
That’s not exactly “humanistic enlightenment” or even open mindedness. I don’t want to see America and the world learn the hard way about a guy who went on record about admiring Kim Jong IL’s mechanizations to power or Putin as a strong leader as opposed to a lawless predatory one. Better to just say nothing about them and deal with them as constructive foreign policy requires. Trump is a seriously psychologically warped, double talking populist blanketing with simplistic thoughtless bromides and TOO MANY policy vagaries of how it’s all “gonna be great”. Junk thinking for a TV audience.

True, I can’t stand candidate Hillary’s “realpolitiks” founded on ambition to be president over acknowledging and taking on systemic problems as Bernie appears willingly to and Trump often charades to but won’t dare because ideologically and psychologically he can’t – according to his past predatory actions, business/social affiliations and a plethora of ugly plutocratic repeated comments in his past.
Trump hasn’t changed at all – he admitted to even humoring Democrats when he supported Bill Clinton and Democrats for the record. That’s a double talker with little REAL PRINCIPLE but for his material ambitions and NO PRACTICE at anything else.
You can hold Hillary’s hand over a progressive’s fire with Bernie, Liz Warren and others willing to push her with at least SOME SHAMING influence. BIT NOT a loose cannon like Trump they’ll have NO influence with. Leaving only the Trickle Down Party and maybe a few sell out Democrats.
This is what Bernie and Liz Warren have CORRECTLY calculated for in standing against Trump and “siding” with Hillary while pinching their more progressive principled noses. This is the world as it is – for now – NOT as we wish it to be when we want it to be… but hope soon will be as millies come of age and VOTE down the line for PROGRESSIVE change – not just for the Obama-Hillary Establishment Complex

          • missythemissmiss

What’s your point? They’re all awful. Elizabeth Warren has sold her soul to the devil, Trump is everything you said and Hilary Clinton is worse, because she does all of the same offensive things to foreign leaders, she is part of the elite club that Trump belongs to and she will not do anything for we the people, either. If you think Bernie Sanders or Liz Warren have any influence, you’re not quite understanding how this works. What politicians SAY and what they DO are two different things. You know how Obama just came out with his little speech about expanding Social Security? Do you honestly think it will happen? Because all that really matters is if it happens, not more bull**it lies.

Bernie Sanders is the exception, but if he endorses and supports Clinton, he has lost all credibility, because she is everything he opposes. Clinton is a Republican and Trump is a wild card. I’ll stick with Bernie Sanders and hope for Clinton’s indictment, which will never happen, because Obama is complicit.

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

Presidential nominations for Supreme Court justices and federal judges are MOST relevant to those of us wishing to preserve issues like Roe vs Wade against ongoing withering attacks as well as other hard won progressive policies too often are taken for granted. Trump choosing his “ideal” Fed judges and Justice(s) or pandering to appease an estranged GOP Congress is yet worse than what Hillary most likely would consider for judges, friendlier to progressive interpretations of law and principle. Trump has demonstrated non judicial contempt for judges more than once when they are just doing their job. He’s not a guy that has demonstrated sound judgement as to what a judge’s job actually is – choosing to non presidentially and unprofessionally make it personal many a time as a business man.

Also, expanding social security was not the only top priority for Obama, especially after the ’08 crash and staving off GOP austerity best he could. Protecting it was difficult enough against a hostile Republican dominated Congress and even blue dog Dems. Even blue dog Democrats shut the freshman Obama down when he had the Senate and House for 2 years. No candidate delivers on all campaign promises. Best any Prez can do are at least a relatively “respectable” number of promises delivered or attempted with honest and competent effort in good faith – especially given the state of a Tea Bagged Congress and distracting events. Obama delivered on a surprising (to me anyway) number of promises and or made honest effort to with a record obstructionist Congress and an economy speeding toward a Depression diminishing what once appeared more possible or realistic in early ’08. Google actual accomplishments and campaign promises delivered first and not before you might respond to this so we’re on same page of facts.
I was never a big Obama fan with him being too middle of the road and not the most progressive – but I voted for him over McCain and Romney.
Trump is on record saying he would push to reverse Dodd Frank and everything Liz Warren achieved with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. (Though I think bringing back an updated version of Glass Steagal was as or more important). Even Wall Street Hillary won’t do that realistically – if you rationally understand even the politics she’s constrained by as a Democrat at bare minimum. Special loop holes are up for debate of course – but Trump is pure Finance Industry laissez faire. Period and on record…. though he has double talked it at times to distract supporters from his world view reality he’s put in practice his whole life in business. Past actions do matter more than fairy dust promises especially in Trump’s case.

In my opinion, you make a Trump vs Hillary comparison far too simplistic that’s too emotionally based. Bernie and Liz Warren have to be coldly rational in this case for what is better (or less worse) for the country. Compromise is a reality in real world politics and has to be met realistically to move forward on some issues at least. That was a reality ideological Tea Baggers couldn’t accept either; compromise. It’s distasteful to the impassioned and stridently ideological – but has to be faced more often than not in politics. Congress in even the Tip O’Neill and Reagan years understood that before Congress became the pure ideological quagmire it is today.

          • missythemissmiss

Well, we happen to have different agendas. My hope is that we shake up the system so badly that more people awaken and demand radical changes, not the incremental changes that will probably never happen. There is deep anger simmering in the country and without major changes, this kind of upset has historically led to violence. I pray that we can bring about changes for a more just and equitable system before that happens.

The SCOTUS justices shouldn’t be life-long bench-sitters, but that won’t change without major demands from a united population. There are supposed to be safeguards against a President acting as a dictator, which is why SC justices must be approved by the Senate. In the past many SC justices who were appointed by conservatives leaned towards liberal decisions. We can NEVER know what will happen, so it’s my opinion that letting this threat force you to vote for the war hawk who is owned by the financial industry is not a very good idea.

You may have missed this one, but Hillary has compared Putin to Hitler. Now if you don’t think that’s offensive, then we disagree. Did you also miss when Clinton boasted about her participation in the overthrow of Gaddafi (a horrible man), then laughed as she said, “We came, we saw, he died”? Don’t you think that foreign leaders were offended by that? It’s true that Trump’s a wild card who says comical, childish things, which are usually discarded, but Clinton is a calculating woman whose comments are taken seriously, because they reveal a very egotistical, dangerous woman. Trump could prove to be the same, but Clinton shouldn’t get a pass.

I voted for him both times, but Obama is a huge disappointment to me. He has no problem pulling every trick in the book to defend his stance on stricter gun control, but I don’t recall him surrounding himself with senior citizens in a press conference to promote expansion of SS. My mother has to sell her house, because she can’t afford to live on her SS, yet Obama at one point was in agreement to CUT Social Security. You have apparently fallen under his spell, but he has proven to be another politician in my eyes, as is HRC.

Did you even bother to check out HRCs donor list? She is OWNED by the financial industry, so if you think she won’t come up with excuses to roll back Warren’s work, I have to disagree with you again. None of us can say definitively what will any of them will do. They are all lying to get elected. I don’t listen to their speeches, I look at their records. Trump claims to love the BIBLE for crying out loud. He’s not a religious man, so please realize that Clinton is telling you what you want to hear and Trump is telling his supporters (ignorant, right-wing nuts) what they want to hear.

I’m sorry, but your speech on compromise fell on deaf ears. I completely disagree and have a different agenda, which is why we disagree that Clinton is better than Trump. I plan to vote for Sanders or Jill Stein, because I will take no part in a Clinton Presidency. It’s time to put an end to the corruption of both parties and that’s not going to happen without a major upset.

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

After all is said and done you and I seem to agree that Bernie was the best candidate. As far as “is” the best candidate – I may write in Bernie in the General Election as a contributing signal to Hillary’s campaign that she’s failed progressive voters. But only if Trump is clearly going to be defeated in my home state. I wrote in Ralph Nader (or was it Jerry Brown?) in 1992 and ’96, as a signal vote once I was sure Bush and Dole weren’t going to win California.
But again – you can’t compare anything Hillary has said that approaches what Trump has said offending the international community and our own divided citizenry along racial lines. That’s not a journalistic metric that’s even debatable. Seriously. No allied governing body has seriously debated keeping Hillary out of their country for something she said. Our own allies don’t want Trump and that settles whether Hillary is even comparable to Trump in that regard. Putin prefers Trump and Donald got a “nice write-up” by the state controlled press in…. North Korea. High praise indeed for disturbing reasons. It’s a truly dangerous standard Trump UNIQUELY bares himself and rationally will continue if and when president. He plainly can’t realistically sensor himself – and disregarding him as a “clown” vastly underestimates the damage he even has already done (with even bigot and race politics in 2016 America), and will do with his big mouth at the world’s most powerful bully pulpit as POTUS. He will set social discourse back decades WORSE than the COMPARATIVELY convivial Reagan on progressive and humanitarian understanding in America without stupefyingly reflexive nationalism on the world stage.
Thankfully Thatcher maturely told Ronnie to cool the jets and rethink how he could approach Gorbachev as a man he could speak to. Not just another commie he can’t trust – to simplify it. Trump is an international chaos monkey and control freak bully waiting to happen on the world stage that we don’t need to inflict our allies and our less friendly relationships with. That’s a no brainer for me. Maybe partly because I extensively traveled during those awful W. Bush years internationally and constantly got hassled about our “a-hole president” and was chronically stripped searched “as a possible CIA spook” for just carrying an American passport. Even in Athens. So I got smart and got my Irish passport in order. My American passport traveling acquaintances have ALL said it hasn’t been as bad with even drone happy Obama since.
Anyway, GO BERNIE – and good luck – we all could use a miracle about now. And I am fairly convinced he could’ve beat Trump in wider margins than Hillary. And not just because all accredited nationally recognize polls say so. Otherwise I might have to swallow the sickening poison that might prevent an even MORE critical disease to my interests. If Trump closes in on Hillary in California…. huhhh politics….
Decent chance Trump may self destruct with his stupid dangerous mouth before November anyway. Hoping… then a write in vote for Bernie for sure.

          • missythemissmiss

Well, we agree on Bernie. If Trump wins, I would say that’s the fault of the Hillary supporters. There’s talk of Sanders running as an Independent, so I’ve got my fingers crossed. He’s our only hope for progress. I can’t bear another 8 years of the same or worse.

          • Tina Marie Deraco

If Bernie isn’t in, I’m done taking the safe route. Burn it down! Hillary is Rothchilds all the way. We will get another SCOTUS who belongs to them and our constitution will be gone in no time. Has anyone noticed that Merrick Garland, the president’s new supreme court nomination, is all about Citizens United and Big money in politics? I haven’t done the research, but I’d bet he’s a Rothschilds man too! Here’s an interesting article on his appointment “if a Democrat” wins and passed on by Eric Rothschild: http://www.patheos.com/blogs/dispatches/2016/03/17/the-surprising-nomination-of-merrick-garland/

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

What’s astounding to me is people think Trump is LESS Wall Street friendly than Hillary. For his whole life, Trump has depended on a different set of rules than those that apply to average Americans, small and medium businesses as he bankrupted himself to the top – taking workers and taxpayers to the bottom. He was only bankrupt on paper for write-offs, keeping his VAPID “brand” alive. Trump left taxpaying communities and fee paying bank customers to pay for his failed gambles like his CLOSE plutocrat friends have repeatedly played the game since the 80’s. I was in securities for clients with 5 million and UP to invest THEN, and learned how the games were played. The 2000’s were even worse – and I didn’t have the stomach or conscience for such “derivative sausage” leaving the industry by the early 90’s – but paying attention to the insider scams. “Innovations” of well lobbied deregulation and debt engines by finance product makers serving themselves and crony plutocrat friends, (like a Trump and MUCH bigger fish), games they rarely have to pay for – even when they “lose” – quite a racket for the .1%ers of the finance elite. Most of it technically legal… and unethical.

How do you think Trump did what he did to fail to the top with taxpayer and freed up unregulated bank customer money? Banksters, junk securities Wall Streeters etc.
Trump is on record to do everything he can to reverse Dodd Frank and Liz Warren’s created Consumer Financial Protection Agency like any GOP’er.

Don’t even try to counter Clinton will do the same, even as the Wall Street shill she is. She won’t – not against the will of her own constituents and party. She doesn’t and won’t have the POLITICAL CAPITAL for that against average Democrats much less VOCAL and growing Elizabeth Warren ,,, and yes,,, Bernie style Democrats in her own party now. A second Glass Steagall style murder isn’t in the cards for the Clinton’s as the 1st one was for Bill. Even Hillary’s Wall Street masters understand that much if they are to have a Democrat as Prez otherwise declawed if NOT totally defanged as Trump IS when it comes to Wall Street regulation.

Trump’s REAL POLICY POSITIONS are pro WALL STREET – not his populous BS and vague rhetoric. His counters are superficial and easily gotten around and well understood by his Wall St./ Bankster friends. Donald has lived and is living a barely legal “la vida corruption game” in Big Finance’s hometown and backyard of New York – FAAAAAR LONGER than the Clintons have.

Trump WILL, as he’s MADE CLEAR in ACTUAL POLICY he supports, do everything to return Big Finance to pre’ 08 deregulation. And not progress
it. He’s on record for that. Building a wall Mexico “will pay for”, protectionist tax policy and tariffs to “keep Corporations in America” etc. are his “answers” for “working Americans” – not Big Finance regulations – or “obvious” sensible rules, hard won countering a GOP dominated Congress for the last 6 years.

That will do nothing to raise REAL WAGES for working Americans which will be ONE of the COMPROMISES with Corporations Trump doesn’t talk about in the open. Because Trump is no supporter of FAIR TRADE PACTS. He just stupidly threatens anti-trade policies. Continuing the STUPIDIFICATION of America otherwise catching onto the myth of “Free Trade” for Corporations at American’s expense. Too complex for Trump supporters and often for reflexive anti-Hillary voters.
Trump’s irrational economic details ARE the Devils. He’s a blow hard populist concerned about a new trophy – being president – to add to his ego war chest. He should be spouting FREE TRADE principles to change America and continue her ONCE progressive tradition of leading the world in human & labor rights, conditions and living wages, environment, all progressively RESPONSIVE to the stages of a nation’s economic development. Trump – Anti Establishment”? My ass. He pisses off one part of the Establishment as he appeases the other thet he and his friends continue to profit from. He’s even proud of being the first guy that “could make money running for president”. What a principle to be proud enough to declare as if a merit – unconcerned about even an appearance of impropriety. Even Hillary knows that’s wrong enough to not gloat about it.

But Trump is NOT a deeply principled economic thinker that gives a rats ass about public service to his country. He has never been that kind of human being nor operated that way in his life. Period. He has occasionally thrown money at causes he can easily afford and WRITE OFF AFTERWARD. Public service – my ass….

According to specifically stated policies – Trump IS a Big Finance butt buddy worse than Hillary regardless how he irrationally suckers people with his “anti-establishment” rhetoric. He’s ALL ESTABLISHMENT where it counts as far as plutocracy and Big Finance. But like Bernie he claims he’ll reverse certain NAFTA’esque trade agreements as that won’t directly interfere with his circle of debt financier industry friends necessary to play the real estate and bankruptcy schemes he built his career on.
Trump is still essentially a disaster on the economic principles of voodoo Reaganomic, Ayn Rand pseudo policies and philosophies Bernie has railed against.

That’s only 1 reason why Elizabeth Warren and Bernie will support Hillary, (holding their more principled noses),and attack Trump at every term. It’s not because they are playing party politics. I believe them to be acting on rational principles and deeply understood policy distinctions in the “real politics world” of Big Lobby Finance playing the looooong game.

Meanwhile I will write in Bernie at the CA general election IF Trump will clearly lose to Hillary in CA…. just as I wrote in Jerry Brown and Ralph Nader in ’92 and ’96 respectively when it was clear to me Bush and Dole were going to lose to Clinton. By voting for Trump – or not voting against him – one is not “burning the house of cards down” – but propping Big Finance and plutocracy up even further than under Hillary. Study Trumps’s actual stated policy online and in the press when he’s been specific.

          • Tina Marie Deraco

I agree with you 100%. I was just having a bad day. I’m writing Bernie in if he isn’t on the ballot. I’m a Bernie or bust girl.

When in doubt – and “they” get ya down – I try to remember to ask what would a Bernie, a Liz Warren, or MLK, late era RFK or Malcolm, Gandhi, post prison Mandela, Lao Tzu, A – Ma, Guanyin, Buddha, a pre Christian Church Jesus & disciple Mary or a whiling dervish sufi do or Nietsche say? Or I just have have a cookie, a run or a Taoist neigong breathing session. But if that doesn’t work and the “convertible is in the shop” – I can certainly understand impulsively voting for Trump or jumping off a cliff as… “seemed reasonable at the time” 😀 lol.
As you know – the human condition and the wider world can be a rough place ESPECIALLY when we conscientiously choose to engage it. Breaks and laughs are necessary 🙂

          • Tina Marie Deraco

How very sweet of you. Thank you!

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

Well you know – us Fair Market “lefty commie lovin’ socialists” gotta keep up our spirits and leave the progressive wheel a few inches more forward than where we found it… from decades ago for some of us – til the “next generation” is ready to take the wheel…
3 inches forward – 2 inches back. Greedy self entitled wrongheaded cronies, their wannabees and fear based ideologists are always gonna be there to “keep it interesting” for progressives. But – they are losing ground, (even if some get corruptly richer in a particular era), on many fronts… in the big picture – since the late 18th century actually. It’s just so darn slow and hard to see at times 🙂

It doesn’t take all the pain away about Bernie – but he was SUCH A DARK HORSE only months ago. I feel like there’s some life again to build on in the Democratic party with Liz, Bernie and OTHERS hopefully that’ll get off their butts and are further evolved than those that lost the party to Reaganism… once we get Big $ ever MORE outta politic$. Hey – if 2 same sex folk are able to get hitched legally in America now – anything is possible 🙂
You don’t have to respond – I know I can be tiring and long winded. Just keep on sista – you’re one of the smarties. Wish there were a lot more of ya 🙂

          • Tina Marie Deraco

I haven’t given up on Bernie yet. Between the rigged primaries and criminal investigation, I’m not giving in to the notion that Clinton can skate. I could be dead wrong, but even so, people are furious and that means mass protests. Liz Warren did a lot of good initially, but she lost me when she endorsed Clinton. Wall St. money got the last word. Even so, they are demanding Clinton not choose Warren as her VP. Talk about selling out? EW went whole hog. The Clinton platform voters are not even supporting what Clinton promised …lol; Who didn’t know that she’d turn on a dime? We need to clean house on the hill and get the money out ASAP. It’s going to be a long fight. Those oligarchs are entrenched; but we have the youth on our side. Their energy will keep this going. Thanks again for the moral support. It was very kind and refreshing!

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

Bernie still has more work to do. Important, but NOT lastly, being a human bully pulpit to remind Democrats what a REAL Democrat looks like at the Convention as his campaign now bargains for a respectable time slot and enough time to verbally put the screws on a national stage. When Bernie first ran he didn’t expect to do as well as he has – but to at least alter the national conversation, which he’s done. Most of us know if the primary lasted 3 months more or less – Bernie would have won even with the Clintonian DNC insurgency of dirty tricks – and most know it by now. Then Bernie would have wiped the floor with Trump – so says sense and every credible national poll. Lots to be grateful for – yet still important to want more. So keep rooting for Bernie even if it costs Hillary a couple points in the polls and especially if you got a ticket to the Convention. Bernie knows what he’s doing and what he has to work with. Reagan lost his first run for president yet changed the mainstream of of his party on his 2nd run. Hopefully a true Progressive candidate will win to finish what Bernie started in the DNC down the line IF Bernie can’t pull off 1 more xmas miracle in 2016 – either forcing the DNC and Hillary into being more progressive or picking up the baton crooked Hillary drops. Behind the scenes, Bill and Hillary know the “mischief” their operatives have done. And Bernie knows too.

          • Tina Marie Deraco

Bernie did win the Democratic primary. The lawsuit proving it can’t be filed until the CA vote count is in; which should be early July. Then the big guns proceed. Check it out at http://www.trustvote.org

True, But Trump is not in the regulars club… he really isn’t, it’s just the psudo-left that want us to believe it. Why? Simple, he plays far too loose with things that threaten their economic interests, they would hate him on principal alone. I’m not saying Trump is going to be great, but he’s the lesser.

          • missythemissmiss

Trump is definitely better than Clinton, but I won’t vote for either of them.

          • Tina Marie Deraco

I agree, but the elections won’t be fair.

Oh, I get it, you want to one-up me with one of those “I did not have sexual relations” semantics games. You win. I guess the man would never dream of looking me in the face, saying “I want you to listen to me,” and flat-out lying. Hmmm?

          • Tina Marie Deraco

If Bernie isn’t restored into his rightful place as the Democratic nominee – and Clinton cruelly takes it – Hilldabeast will fix the elections. Once she is in office, she will face the same fate as Nixon. There is no way around this. She is a criminal and it will catch up to her.

          • bill66

            Yep.

          • Joe Calabria

As easily as they can survive with Hillary. A majority of registered voters see them BOTH as unfit to be president.

          • JNWesner

I don’t know your specific problems with Ms. Clinton, but I suspect they were created by misinformation, slanted and biased reports, and simply venom spewed by partisans. She isn’t my first choice, but she is smart and understands how things work.

Actually, a majority of voters DO want Mrs. Clinton as president. That is why she won the popular vote in the primary race by nearly four million votes.

          • Andy Mackay

The votes will be counted as null and void. Another election will be called.
Britain isn’t above election fraud either. Perhaps we should check out Australia’s way of voting.

          • Mike Steinmann

Join us at the Bernie rallies scheduled before and during the convention in Philly. We expect more than a million people to show up. Please join us and make it so big the corporate media CAN’T ignore it.

          • VicGA

Exiting polls are NOT at all reliable because I know people who have lied about who they voted for just because they were aggravated about being asked to supply personal information.

          • Synthia Fagen

When done right, they’ve proven to be quite reliable — reliable enough that the media uses them to call the elections. They’re so effective that when asked, via discovery for a lawsuit, for the exit poll data, they decided to cancel them altogether.

          • JNWesner

Synthia, you seem to be using “they” for two different meanings. Who decided to cancel what?

          • Synthia Fagen

Actually, the media cancelled them and Edison Research is refusing to release their unadjusted exit poll stats. The other “they’ve” as in “they’ve been reliable” referred to exit polls themselves when done properly.

          • shitake pearl

Statisticians know people do this and have accounted for it in their models. Every good scientist accounts for human error/dishonesty in their results. After decades of conducting exit polls, the results are about as accurate and scientific as it gets.

          • sailorbill

%2 is average in these polls its been up to %12 witch points to huge fraud, doesn’t sound mush but its %12 one way from %12 the other = %24 .In some as high as %26 not good massive manipulation of voting results

          • missythemissmiss

That’s why they allow for a margin of error. Most people don’t lie about it.

          • Gforce27

Right…so that’s why they’re considered the litmus for evidence of fraud in every nation that we step in as observers? It is considered evidence of fraud in other countries if the exit polls show more than a 2 percent deviation, but not here in the U.S? Why?

          • Leila Deurell

It is not too late for this election.

          • Teresa Boyden-Knudsen

It simply can’t be too late for this election. If we let people get away with election fraud, they will be emboldened to keep doing it. If we can put a man on the moon and develop computers, then we must also be able to run an honest election.

          • missythemissmiss

We’ve been letting them get away with election fraud for a long time, but this time it needs to be exposed, people need to go to jail and we need to get rid of electronic voting.

          • Teresa Boyden-Knudsen

            Completely agree!!

          • sailorbill

they said that about Texas when Bush cheated

          • conrad caldwell

If Trump wins, good luck in qualifying for our “next elections”.

          • Synthia Fagen

Maybe you should try to figure out a way to get a better nominee who will actually beat him then.

        • BootsyNaples

But you are forgetting something. For young people, it was exciting to go to the rallies, but no one was there when they had to go some place to vote.. Cuz ya know, as excited as i was to vote, the polling station was a snooze fest.
My voting station was 2 blocks away, no waiting. I came up on my 20 year old grandson and his friends, complaining about Hillary and praising Bernie. They are all newly registered voters. I asked them if they voted and it was a resounding No.
So you see, their young egos were stroked by being seen at a cool rally, but they forgot they needed to translate that into votes if they REALLY cared about what Bernie is sayin
I even know a Bernie delegate, since he was born, he is an alcoholic cocaine addict and so are the majority of his friends. I’m pretty sure he voted but he was always having big parties for Bernie at his house, free beer was a big draw. The polls don’t have free beer and young kids hangin together. So I’d bet that many of them didn’t make it to the polls…..just sayin.

          • ALEC-2 Webmaster

SO EVERY YOUNG PERSON IS EXACTLY LIKE YOUR GRANDSON AND HIS FRIENDS, RIGHT?

          • VicGA

No but I know a few too…so there are more out there. Could be they were just like Trump’s kids. Forgot they needed to register to vote.

          • TownTart

Her grandson is no prize, consider the source?

          • mugwort

Why did you say consider the source She was only writing of her experiences. I’m presuming the writer is female since her nick username is Bootsynaples. What ever gender the individual is I read the message and I don’t believe what’s written makes her/him a terrible person.

          • BootsyNaples

          • sailorbill

            now now

          • BootsyNaples

LOL You all are so damn funny. I didn’t even say anything bad or false. Just relayed my experience, but that makes me a troll? Because why? You all like to think you’re free thinkers, but you’re not doing anything but living in your little echo chamber and any one that doesn’t think like you must be wrong and closed minded. Damn, you’ve even fooled yourselves! LOL

          • BootsyNaples

No, of course not, but you all are complaining that you didn’t get as many votes as the rallies seemed to guarantee. I was offering my take on it and what I saw in my little neck of the woods.

          • Henry

            I don’t believe this story.

          • TownTart

            Me either, wasn’t born yesterday.

          • Shawneea

That’s too bad about your grandson, who doesn’t understand about his
rights to vote. I have been checking in with my son and ALL of his many
friends, and it was a resounding YES among them. They know that Bernie
is their only hope for a future world.

          • Mr. BillyHounddog

My 20 year old and his friends voted. We all voted together.

          • Elyse Stewart-Sass

I don’t believe your story either… troll much?? My kids 21, and 25 voted for Bernie and all their friends did too. AND I registered tons of kids at a local college and they all were feeling the BERN!!! FRAUD/SUPPRESSION stole the vote from Bernie!!

          • TownTart

It’s people from all walks of life who voted for him.

          • bill66

Feeling the bern as he lost? He’s out. He will not be president. he could run independent and I encourage that as it will ensure a Republican president.

          • John

That’s because in California about 70% of California voters, vote by mail. That’s why no lines

          • Mary Welch

            53% vote by mail.

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

Objectively verifiable facts and stats are a refreshing thing. Especially on this page.

          • Leila Deurell

There is something wrong with saying just young ones are for Bernie. Incedible how many new people signed up to vote. I a 76 and many of my friends 50 and up are all for Bernie and have worked for him. Bernie atracts responsible people of all ages, when you et droves out to hear him, these people are fighting to get him elected. They don’t just not show up. There is big time fraud.

          • a.a.nagy

Many Greens, including myself, reregistered to be able to vote for Bernie in the Democratic Primary. That’s another factor in adding to more votes for Bernie.

          • bill66

“Attracts”… “et”?…”am”… You don’t “fight” to get someone elected. You “vote”. Socialism is not going to fly in the USA and therefore, a socialist lost his chance to running it. Good riddance.

          • a.a.nagy

You appear angry because you don’t understand what socialism is. There are countless socialist programs in the US. I mentioned them in the previous post. Free yourself from the propaganda you were taught during the “cold war.” Social Democracy is government of, by, and for the people. Do you have a problem with true democracy (small d)?

          • bill66

I know exactly what socialism is. It’s never worked. It is at work right this very second in Venezuela. Yes, there are socialist programs here. We have all we can handle. A man who says “It’s a good thing that people are standing in long lines to get food” is nobody I want running the country…. and that’s exactly how the majority of people in this country feel. That is why bernie is out. That… is exactly the reason.

          • a.a.nagy

Socialism is not working in Venezuela because the white minority controls the wealth there and because of US meddling to control the oil, is hindering progress that the government of the majority of the Mestizo population want and need. You wouldn’t be so angry if you listened to perspectives other than inaccurate right-wing talking points.

          • bill66

It’s not a ‘talking point’… it’s ‘history’. It has never worked. Ever. That’s why it’s not working in Venezuela.

          • a.a.nagy

Social Democracies are working in Europe, as well as variations of Socialism around the world. Believe what you will. We know what we know until we learn something different when our minds are open. Somewhat off topic, but by coincidence, a friend just posted this on Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/sanctosis/videos/297706923902473/ . If you’re not on Facebook I don’t know if the link would work for you but if you can see it, it’s an interesting eye opener about humanity.

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

Capitalism didn’t work in Venezuela either or the population would have risen up and literally murdered “socialists” if their laissez faire crony capitalism was working so WELL for the MAJORITY. You have to be INTENSELY ignorant or self deceived to not SEE that. But I’m guessing a narrow mindedness from fear and a deep distrusting selfishness that “every man is an island” plays a big role in your neocon psyche. You comment like a THOROUGHLY propagandized American AMAZINGLY ignorant of lands outside of America.

Ingrained social and cultural despotism, corruption, an old racial and economic class system etc…. HAS and CAN bring down any economic system tried especially in the unstable so called “2nd and 3rd world nations” in Latin AMerica, Africa, Asia etc.. INCLUDING VENEZUELA.
Study how Ireland went from 2nd world economy to a fist world one from the 60’s to the 90’s til it lost it in the speculative Big Bank scams that swept the world in ’08. Ireland progressively employed socialism to INVEST in all academically deserving students a top rate college education, FREE. Irish expats left the nation for high tech and advanced industry jobs Ireland didn’t yet have YET. But they sent money back to Ireland and many eventually returned or stayed in Ireland as the educated helped leap a century of economic progress in just a couple decades after SMART INVESTMENT in it’s academic talent with education, progressive economic development according to facts on the ground and increasing sane regulation as it grew to prosperity. I’m a duel citizen – I was there. It became the most educated and one of the most improved economies in the world for many years til ’08 CRASH from anti progressive American laissez faire banking practices set it WAY back. A single industry and economic sub-culture sank all the others. Proving once again – no one is just an “island” – even in Ireland.

But laissez faire Banking policy struck Ireland down to a P.I.G. farm – still not as bad off as when it was a pure capitalist “utopia” of haves and have nots unrecovered from the British colonial era. After the British, American Founding Fathers “socialistically” gave free land away or cheaply, provided free education for landed white male middle classers, to start, they thought MINIMALLY NECESSARY to have time to at least read political pamphlets and b informed to vote for maintaining stability for an experimental democratic republic system. And not suffer the tyranny of the “Democracy” of illiterate thus easily manipulated masses til too late. The Founding Fathers knew PROGRESSIVE middle class economics = a stabler democratic republic for a “Liberal Democracy”.

In contrast – neocons just spent the American credit card and trickled UP the wealth from New Deal middle class America. They raised the Reagan Government Debt to historic proportions, when there was no WW2 or Depression, to pay for govt services while cutting taxes to offshoring plutocrats and profiteering corporations with corrupting “Free Trade” BS – destroying hopes of restoring real Fair Trade practices in and out of America. That’s arrogance, greed, unenlightened self interest and stupidity beyond distortion! All in hindsight now. But old neocons, Koch brother$’ $pon$ored Tea Bagger$, “Free Market” Republicans etc… all blame progressives for the problems they themselves spawned. A-holes. And trilateral, Glass Steagall murdering Clintonians, Ayn Rand styled Greenspan ideologists etc….were NEVER economic “progressives”. Destructive compromisers of American economic future and stability? Yes.

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

Wrong again, Your words: “I know exactly what socialism is. It’s never worked”.
You plainly didn’t look around deeply if you ever went to Denmark. Or got a booboo fixed free in a hospital in Western Europe where they still spend LESS per capita than our our monstrous NON-single Payer Corporate Insurance Big Lobby Big Lawyer Medical System. The best of Western European healthcare gives incentives for doctors to give preventive care and make their patients healthier before expensive cost prohibitive disease sets in. You apparently don’t know this, care or understand how Western European socialized medicine IS and does keep costs lower PER CAPITA and keep citizens less sickly than current or pre-Obamacare system.

Some things socialism does cheaper and/or better – other things Fair Market capitalism does cheaper and better, That is an adult’s understanding of an economy compared to your and many neocon’s childlike articulation of economic reality. Communist authoritarianism is NOT a socialist Fair Market capitalist democratic republic. Give me an “effing” break. The military IS a socialist government program. So are cops, road maintenance etc… better administered by govt even when contracted to private enterprise. Your simplistic “1 size fits all” argument against socialism is irrational to working reality where it is successfully and competently executed.. No utopias. So a govt building cars, manufacturing clothes etc..? Historically bad ideas too. Facts.

“Obama Care” is a Heritage Foundation right wing think tank idea from 1994 that even Republican Romney essentially put in practice in Mass. Thanks for that brilliant idea, right wingers, creating a horrible idea for the U.S., leaving the Democratic Party to “compromise” from a single payer medical system agenda.
Also properly executed socialism is not what broke Venezuela. That’s truly ignorant. Ingrained despotism and overdependence on a single commodity industry, oil, for govt finances and economics had MORE to do with Venezuela’s failure. DIFFERENT than Western Europe. But EU currency was stupid without a unified political system to back it. Everyone is stupid one way or the other. Ingrained despotism, corruption and incompetence have crashed MANY laissez faire CAPITALIST nations too in Latin America and Africa.

Properly executed PROGRESSIVE socialism integrated with a Fair Market based capitalism might be a horrible system requiring attentive balancing – but is the “least worse” of everything else. Sort of how Churchill explained what a democratic republic system is for a messy species, “The only thing worse is everything else”.
But social democracy with Fair Market Capitalism is only possible to begin if you take legal bribery out of our Big Lobby/Big Lawyering/ Big Money electoral and political system.

Our species are still an unenlightened self interested corrupt lot collectively. There is no utopia humans won’t inevitably screw up. But there’s a better way of doing things than neocon’s stupid Free Market takes all for the winners of the game with inevitable cronies slowly strangling everyone else’s opportunities generation after generation til you have to have a “good Republican” Teddy Roosevelt or a New Dealing rich capitalist boy, FDR, forced to re-balance to a more progressive mix of capitalism/socialism for a modern state economy of high tech and industry. Not the frontier sparsely populated rural wild west “Fantasy Islands” of 19th century conservatives philosophy.

Neocons, any selfish based or utopian ideologists are too often self rationalizing low information propaganda victims. Ever travel, study REAL WORLD facts & stats, or have an original thought outside of your neocon ideology? Socialist single payer healthcare didn’t cause the crash of ’08 nor harm the economies of Western Europe at any point. Laissez faire banking and out of control speculative Big Finance finance practices did that. Yet you neocons want to take it back to the wild west anti regulatory conditions of Big Banking before ’08 and beyond. Talk about a menace to economies! The wild west fantasy of every man is an island is a destructive fantasy of a me generation in today’s real world of competitive nation state economies.

          • bill66

Denmark? You mean a country with a 30% income tax…. and…. 30% sales tax…. and… 50% value added tax? A country with 8 million people? One that has a population 40 times smaller than ours? Seriously? Staggering how someone can be so f-stupid. You’re a dumba–.

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

Right country – but as usual – wrong conclusions. The U.S. controls more wealth per capita than Denmark – yet has a disproportion of wealth idling in do nothing plutocrat accounts, offshored, stuck in a HUGE MILITARY INDUSTRIAL INTELLIGENCE COMPLEX etc… after 35 years of Trickle Up Economic and tax policies. But your rightard brain isn’t too good with facts or analyses – I know. So you get aggressive when the limits of your mental capacity shows its ugly head – lol. Failed again stupid. Also your Denmark stats are off – try again, It’s amazing how many arguments you lose on the facts and logic – yet you grow ever more arrogant and stupid. It’s fascinating like a very slow train wreck 😀

          • KittyP

There are also the young ones that were robbed – a friend was in tears on the 7th, she was manning the UCLA campus polling place — she has been registering students for Bernie since December — somehow all the new vote applications were lost, thousands had to vote by provisional. How did that happen. If it was just one instance I would agree that it was incompetence, but when it happens all over the state, voters purged, many locations ran out of crossover ballots at 5pm, forcing people to fill out provisionals, many NPP were refused crossover ballots, again forced to receive provisionals — there are estimated 1M provisionals being counted at the moment, the majority of those will go to Bernie.

          • TownTart

Wow, for an older person you seem rather untruthful and immature.

          • Mr. BillyHounddog

I imagine you can find more than a few older people like this too.

You are stereotyping and underestimating young voters. What you describe is not the reality I experienced with young people here.

          • bill66

Obviously, the young people can’t figure out how to vote and bernie is out. Bernie is out because he does not represent the nation. he represents those under 30, who have no assets and no education. It’s a very small minority.

          • a.a.nagy

Yes, young people turned out in large numbers, but look at the demographics. Not only young folks support Bernie and if you check the stats, Bernie’s support comes from much more than a small minority.

          • bill66

I have. The vast majority of bernie-bern-outs are young… have no higher education and have minimum wage jobs.

          • a.a.nagy

Lighten up and stop demeaning the youth by calling them “bern-outs.” Most youth I engage with ARE college educated and are Bernie supporters because they clearnly understand the issues. I don’t know where you are but I encourage that you engage with and listen to young people. As for low paying jobs which benefit corporations that exploit working people, imagine paying off a collage loan while making minimum wage. I also wonder if you’re aware of the lack of opportunity for some in this racist society.

          • bill66

Equal opportunity does not mean equal outcome. If someone doesn’t like minimum wage, they can expand their skills and/or move on to another job. They can start their own company. Instead of telling others how to run a company and what they should pay, maybe they should “do it”. Cry me a river with paying back a loan. If you don’t wish to be in debt, don’t get a loan.

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

Complete BS. From what credible sources do you base this misinformed opinion from?. You’re entitled to your opinions but not your own facts you pull from he air. You’re not an intelligent or well informed representative of a conservative or a Republican you profess to be.

          • bill66

Because your “facts” are backed up. Backed up your ass, like liberal “guys” like.

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

This is why you’re not an intelligent source of information or reason. Childish hate talk. Did mommy and daddy not love you and burp you?

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

State a credible nationally recognized poll that backs up your made up demographics on a “typical” Bernie supporter. Remember, child, “When the debate is lost, slander becomes the tool of the loser.’

        • TownTart

They did, genius, but take the corporate media flunky route.

        • Claude Robichaux

You do realize that rallies are social events and voting is not … ergo the difference in the attendance at either ….

          • a.a.nagy

Claude, did you attend any of the Bernie rallies? Did you speak with any young people, or any folks, there? People were there because they understood that Bernie is speaking to the issues that affect us, and he is a candidate because he wants to make the system work for the people.

          • http://www.solospark.com/ Carolan Ross

Claudia ^^ to say these rallies are just ‘social events’ is like saying people might wait in line for hours for World Series tickets, then not bother going to the game! NOBODY does that.
Never before in this country have political rallies drawn numbers as high as 100,000 as they did in CA. There were epic unprecedented numbers in city after city yet media ignored this.
I’ve attended a few rallies, and they are a huge commitment in time and energy. At one rally we arrived before dawn and stood in line in pouring rain for many hours. To say people who did THAT yet will not bother to vote is ludicrous! Who would call standing in pouring rain for many hours simply a social event? These folks VOTE!

          • Barbara

Even going by what you say, if 53% voted by mail, half the vote was already in. Bernie’s thing was rallies by choice. Hillary does smaller events, and retail, politics, ground game. She had the advantage of losing in 2008 and could learn from her mistakes. Northern California; and urban citiesi n general went to Hillary across nation, Bernie won rural, low population areas. Bernie won caucuses, Hillary won most primaries, it was quite predictable except a few states. Hillary won the most delegate rich states. And, fyi, the AP is non-political, strictly a math thing, like network projections, and presumptive nominees.

          • bill66

Affects you… your pay is low because you have very little to offer. Your college is for you to pay, not for me to pay. You are owed nothing from anyone. The government is not your mama.

          • a.a.nagy

bill66, spoken like a true selfish, narrow minded libertarian. I, me, me, mine! Remember that when you need help of the fire department, the police, the national guard, Social Security, Medicare, and when you walk and drive on public roads, stop at a traffic light, etc… You get the picture?

          • bill66

Yes, out taxes pay for our roads. Our taxes pay for our security. Our taxes pay for our traffic lights. Our taxes do not pay for ‘your’ traffic light. They do not pay for ‘your’ road. get the picture? It’s the under-educated liberal who is about the ‘me, me, me’. What someone else’s pay gets you, is what you’re concerned with. I served ‘our’ country so that “we” can live our lives with minimal government intrusion. You… want someone’s taxes to pay something for “you”. You selfish hypocrite.

          • a.a.nagy

Education is a priority, and is free in most civilized nations because in fact the whole society benefits from an educated population. I don’t know when you served in the military. I respect your service but invading, occupying and killing people of other countries is not defending ‘our’ country. Lives are sacrificed on all sides for huge profits of multinational corporations that rob countries for their resources — oil, minerals, cheap labor, etc. The US military is a pawn for their agenda. Sorry to have to break it to you. BTW, I’m not a liberal. To understand the world, one has to see the bigger picture and think critically. We should consider what we do for our children and grandchildren.

          • bill66

There is always access to college. Always has been. My paying for your education is “not” a priority. If it is for you, then “you’ pay for it. I am most definitely thinking of my children first. Not yours. My children will be handed a country where they work and keep their money and use it how ‘they’ see fit, not how government sees fit. You give your children what you wish and you pay for it. I’ll give my children what I see fit and I’ll pay for it.

          • a.a.nagy

I’m sorry that you don’t understand about living in community with others, some less fortunate than you. I hope that will learn better and will act with compassion from their heart.

          • bill66

Why do you think that the less fortunate want you speaking for them? Why is it you liberals think everyone’s business is also yours? There is absolutely nothing the poor don’t have access to. I understand that living in a community does not mean living in a commune…. or in communism…. See how your words are derived from other words? What I have earned is not for you. I can choose to give or choose not to. I can spend mine any way I wish. If you wish to give, then you can give.

          • a.a.nagy

No person or family, is an island. Everything is connected and we live in community — neighborhoods, cities, states, countries, THE WORLD. You’re very stuck in, and continue to perpetuate, the language of the “Cold War” view of the world. And you insist on labels like liberal, communist, etc., that limit true understanding. I don’t know if you’re religious or not. Christians revere Jesus but don’t live by the principles attributed to him. I recommend reading the “Sermon on the Mount.” I wish you well. Take care.

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

Wrong again. First of all, your neocon philosophy is about dismantling the “commons” such as diminishing public education instead of making it better in favor of privatization as “private enterprise is almost always better than a government approach to an problem”.
You do not represent progressivism accurately – you denigrate progressivism and deceptively confuse it with an imaginary mindless liberalism. Liberalism and progressivism in practice is actually about the “us” not the “every man is an island” neocons and even old school conservatives fantasize about. That’s real “me-ism” in practice. You’re a lousy, inaccurate and disingenuous explainer of many things.

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

No, apparently instead the govt is there to subsidize Big Money constituents, according to the “realpolitiks” of your failed corrupt neocon ideology that destroyed the middle class from Reagan voodoo economics to even Clintonian trilateralism that attempted to compromise with that vicious and stupidly short sighted ideology. “Free Trade agreements”, (instead of “Fair Trade Agreements”) were another myth both parties have put skin on. Progressivism seeks what actually works, liberal or conservative ideology aside, while valuing the humanity of an individual. It supposed to empirically change course RESPONSIVELY if the facts on the ground change or don’t bare it out. That’s as competent as humans get – aside from whatever irrational trash talk one spews at that.

A lie so big no one believe it but the numbers don’t lie.

        • JNWesner

True, but in some states many of the rally-goers couldn’t vote in the primary, since they weren’t registered Democrats.

        • bill66

That is complete backwards from the comment to which you replied. The commenter did not say that people who go to rallies do not vote. He wrote that most people who vote do not go to rallies. In other words, the people who clearly out-voted bernie voters… did not… go to rallies. The size of the rallies make 0 difference in who actually votes. It’s hard to believe someone needed to explain that to you. It’s why you were out-voted…. you’re under-educated and our schools failed you in history of socialism and the basics of economics.

      • Mississippi Truth

Bullshit Jaques and you know it! Folks attend rallies for two things: to get inspired or to stop the rally!

      • granifulano Roth

where did you glean that “scientifically proven” bit of wisdom (wisdumb) Jacques?

      • Leila Deurell

I went to every rally close to my house, there were plenty, I went to the NH debates, the NH convention, I saw him 13 times. Hello!!!!!!!!! I even drove to Concord to see when he signed the papers to run. I was outside the door. I disagree with you. I am not different form the people who find Bernie exciting. We can’t see enough of him.

        • Teresa Boyden-Knudsen

10,000 people in conservative Spokane, WA, waited for Bernie. Only about 1,000 actually could fit in the venue, and the rest of us stood for hours in a cool, drizzling rain. Trump only got about 1,000. Hillary didn’t show up. She sent Bll, again, only about 1,000. It was awesome to stand with so many different people, many with their families, to show support for what Bernie represents.

          • bill66

All younglings wearing hemp shoes and hoping bernie will give them something that someone else earned. Good times.

          • Teresa Boyden-Knudsen

As a witness, these people were of all ages, all types. That’s what was so amazing! No one was asking for anything that someone else earned (that would be the corporations that pay no taxes, politicians who get separate medical/retirement benefits). And no one was hoping, as hope is not a plan.

          • bill66

There is a reason that corporations pay no taxes. The staggering lack of economic knowledge is unbelievable with you boneheads. All of our medical and retirement benefits are different. Always have been.

      • John Davis

Wrong! Voters will travel far to see their candidate as they may be seeing the next president of the united states. The DNC is destroying itself by selecting their candidate and ignoring the people who vote. The only hope Hilary has is if the DNC can rig the general election like they have the primary. This is all a slap in the face of the american people and democracy in general.

      • 800poundgorilla

But the same is true for the opposing side, Duh!

      • sailorbill

i dont see that being a point ,same fraction not at rallies .

      • Brian O’Kongkohwer

The point has been – historically, when PRIMARY candidates have inspired exponentially larger rallies in a given district, it has also been indicative of how the far larger population that just VOTES and doesn’t attend a rally in the past. Most of us that have been through a few “campaign rodeos” on the ground have seen that bear out, in the past. Something is rotten in California, Nevada, Arizona etc. Hillary’s political machinery and allies looking for party machine favors, jobs, want the election “back” that many felt Obama “stole” from her in ’08 etc. are having their day. Hillary DNC machinery has been on steroids since at least 2013 in contrast to Bernie’s recent dark horse presence. Those 64 DNC officials in Nevada that got switched to the Green Party after they were public about supporting Bernie wasn’t a joke – nor are all these other shenanigans that have collectively handed the primaries over to Hillary in far wider margins and victories than she’s DEMOCRATICALLY earned. Gimme an eff’ing break – do you read the REAL news much?

        • bill66

Where do you “read” your news?

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

La Times, San Jose Mercury News, Washington Post, The Guardian are some of the Big Media included with local papers around the country actually covering the primaries on the district level. Big Media kinda occasionally mentions the allegations and “rumors” – then one as a reader has to dig in the local level where reporters are ACTUALLY on the ground and not beholden to Big Media editors (i.e. general managers and publishers) who don’t want the lawsuits and other financial concerns impending. I was a journalist myself working for the Tribune papers, then free lanced for LA TIMES, LA WEEKLY and other locals. Traveled around the country that way too. I’ve seen the sausage made in big corporate and local journalism as well as in primary and general elections since the late 80’s – NOT including my years at the high school or college paper – lol.

          • bill66

            You’re full of sh–….lol.

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

Specifics – and keep it factually based. please – thouh I doubt you can. Personal insults are the pathetic farts of second rate minds with no facts for rational discussion. But Churchill said it better of course.

          • bill66

Yes… you couldn’t form any thoughts on your own, so you borrowed someone else’s. Ever hear of spell checking yourself when trying to insult others? It’s easier to tell someone you’re superior when you spell simple words correctly.

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

A very uninteresting and pedestrian response signifying nothing. Yawn. Character attacks with nothing substantial or relevant to say about the topic of state or policy. Bread and butter for a guy with nothing to say… next.

          • bill66

Wow… you certainly changed my mind. Very well thought out comment, boy.

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

You have no mind to change, child, because you have no mind worth changing. You already know you behave like an ass – so that’s not new information for you. Have a nice day making yet more meaningless noise in the world. mindless trash talking infant.

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

No my final edit was: “You have no mind to change, child, because you have no mind worth changing. You already know you behave like an ass – so that’s not new information for you. I didn’t seek to change your mind – but to see if a reason fact base discourse was possible. Not so apparently in your case. So have a nice day making yet more meaningless noise in the world…”
In America – we can reserve the right to improve what we actually want to say, child. Editing can make points clearer and writing better. Even after one hit’s “post”. You’d benefit from some reconsidered thoughtfulness yourself instead of all that hater reflux you reflexively spew.

          • bill66

A bit self-righteous, aren’t you? You think, for one moment, I’m going to read all this garbage that some Joe-bag-of-donuts from the internet wrote? You waste a lot of time. Go get yourself a job and quit expecting government to coddle you, bozo.

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

You lose arguments on the facts – so you have to dig in the gutter on emotionally based character insults. You’re hilarious. Since I’m smarter and better educated than you – it’s easy to blast a few responses on my phone as I go about my day. Morons like you take only a few minutes out of my day to dispense with.
So you are now a “pet reatard project” I picked you out to be the dumbest most arrogant prick who’s constantly wrong to make an example of to entertain a group of us fascinated by ugly inept minds like yours choking on stupidity and arrogance.
No wonder America is so behind in so many stats caused by inept voters like you with selfish isolated misinformed do-nothing for the country philosophies. You couldn’t be dumber or uglier as a human being. I talk to you like this because it’s the only kind of language troglodytes like you understand. Abuse and disrespect over reason and intelligent discourse. Three replies to one comment. You are desperate. Wipe the sweat from your brow and go blow your nose, sparkles.

          • Brian O’Kongkohwer

Of course you’re going to read it. Jump monkey.

          • bill66

        • Flo_C

What are you talking about? Isn’t it the conservative Democrats that want Clinton, and the liberal Democrats that want Sanders? At any rate, I’m about as liberal a Democrat as there is and I’ll leave the slot on the ballot for President blank before I’ll vote for Clinton.

    • Jeremy

No, there is definite reason to believe that multiple types of voter fraud and manipulation was at play in many states. Voter fraud and manipulation can happen in any election, but this one has been especially noticeable because Bernie Sanders is taking on the establishment in such a bold way. There has been legal action taken to look into voter fraud concerning voting machines where in most cases the results from polling places using voting machines favored Hillary in opposition to exit polling, but polling places that didn’t use voting machines did not show such a discrepancy. Voting machines allow for a single vote to be split to give a percentage of the vote to one candidate and a percentage of the vote to another. So you can setup the machine to give a vote for Sanders 90% to Sanders and 10% to Hillary while making a vote for Hillary give 100% to Hillary. Voting machines are not a one vote one person process unless they are specifically setup to do that. Voting machines can also be hacked if they are not directly manipulated, so there is legal action to review the voting machine statistical anomalies. The California results are especially questionable, and Bernie supporters were reporting voter fraud all over the state. Before the California primary, we had found that polling workers in California were being trained incorrectly to give provisional ballots to no party preference voters rather than the necessary Democrat cross-over ballot. It wasn’t just a single mistake in the training, because it was the training materials which were incorrect. And sure enough, when these voters showed up to vote they had to fight to get the correct ballot. Many that were not aware of the problem just took the provisional ballot which may or may not even be counted. We also noticed that many people were showing up to vote and they were not on the voting rolls, so they were given provisional ballots. Just because the media doesn’t report on it, doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. The Puerto Rican media reported on prison inmates being forced to vote for Hillary under threat of death, but I see nothing in the English language MSM. That issue was sent to the FBI to investigate as serious criminal activity, but no reporting other than reporting in Puerto Rico. The people supporting Bernie Sanders are in a fight against the establishment to remove the corruption. We talk with each other about it in massive social media groups, and we are calling out everything we see whether the corrupt media wants to cover it or not. We were monitoring activities at polling places, and we found numerous incidents of suspicious activity to a level that has most of us really shocked and really mad.

      • CBunny

The thing is, if these ‘mistakes’ were actual mistakes tgey would have resulted in Bernies favor at the same freque cy as in her favor. They do not. She has cheated knowing and by direct action of her own or thru the dnc, it doesnt really matter at this point, does it?

      • Godhimself8

Throughout all of the thousands of elections ever held, the amount of voter fraud equals about .015%.

I agree. If it was just one thing on one occasion I’d agree and say that maybe some of us Sanders supporters just can’t accept a loss. Problem is that there have been so many voting irregularities across many states- that’s really troublesome:

Much fewer polling places in many states, in some states less than half of the polling places open in the 2012 election, even though a higher voter turnout was expected in this election. Hours slashed at many polling places; I know in NY we lost six hours of voting time. In all other NY elections I have participated in, 6am-9pm have always been the same voting hours, except for this year when the hours changed to 12pm-9pm. Larger than expected deviations in exit polling, so much so that the media stopped reporting them. Arizona calling Hillary the winner in that primary with only 1% of precincts reporting, with the polls still open and people still in line to vote. How many people do you think stepped out of line, hearing that? How many do you think were Sanders Supporters? But seriously, 1%!! Have you ever seen such a thing in any election, that the winner was confirmed to be so with only 1% of the vote reported? The situation in NY, particularly, when the date to change your affiliation to another party was in October of 2015, far too early for anyone to have settled on a candidate and to have enough time to switch parties if needed, yet new voters could register up until May of 2016? What about the many people whose voter affiliation was changed without their knowledge or consent, too late to do anything about it? And what about DNC Chairperson Debbie Wasserman Schwartz, who claimed to be neutral towards the Democratic candidates while having a glaring conflict of interest, that she served in Hillary’s previous 2008 run for president where she was involved at a high level. The Chairperson went on the major news outlets many times to denigrate Bernie Sanders and/or his supporters when they had done nothing wrong, while never criticizing Hillary or her supporters for anything at all. That in itself was odd- with all of the unusual things that have happened during this campaign on the Clinton side, there is absolutely nothing the DNC Chair could or should have relayed to us through the media? Strange indeed.

Mind you, these are just the things I can remember off the top of my head. There is much more. As said- if it had been one of those things on one occasion, fine. When you put it all together one can’t help the feeling that something isn’t right here. Clinton has had every conceivable advantage in this primary but generates no excitement or passion, no unity or conviction of purpose. And here we have a 74 year old Social Democrat, a humble man with a good record of serving in government for many years but has no name or facial recognition, no money but determined not to take it from large corporations or Super Pacs. He ignites a new group of voters with his passion for social justice, campaign and finance reform and has reignited the dream in some older folks like me, who have dreams for our children and future grandchildren. What *losing* candidate continues to draw crowds in the tens of thousands just to hear him speak, while the front runner/nominee can really only get a few hundred to hear her speak? It’s really a shame that the Democrats pushed him out like that. They’ll lose in November because of it, but it will be their own fault for putting their faith in the weakest, most negatively viewed politician in history. Gawd help us if she gets within 100ft of the WH.

With all this sabotage, how can Bernie Sanders continue to cooperate with the Democratic party? Is he just worn out? – His followers must demand that he goes to the Greens, or goes independent, immediately. With a strong campaign, he can win the general election. The pressure upon him about stopping Trump is just tactics to silence him and to win time. They know that if he goes out forcefully and puts the facts on the table, he can win the Presidency. If Sanders thinks he can win at Philly, he is wrong. Thousands of policemen will keep the marchers out of town. The whole thing will be staged against him, and for the usurpator Hillary Clinton. He has no chance there.

    • Jeremy

Bernie is only a single man standing up to massive corruption and big money. We can all stand behind him, but Bernie is the one in danger with the establishment, not all of the public supporting him. I am sure that he has been threatened and pressured enormously. The good thing is that Bernie is such a good person that the establishment doesn’t have any dirt on him to blackmail him like they are known to do with others that buck the system. But Bernie is only going to go as far as he personally can knowing that him and his family could be harmed. I would love to see him go run outside of the Democratic party, but that may be too risky for him personally. He is in the middle of a very dangerous situation with very powerful people. Not long ago, Ron Paul stepped up to the establishment Republicans, and he and his wife were threatened, humiliated and pushed out of Washington. I am sure the establishment will be doing everything they can to eliminate Bernie.

BUT MAYBE IT IS TAKING LONGER SINCE THE SANDERS CAMPAIGN AND HIS FOLLOWERS POACHED REPUBLICANS TO CHANGE THEIR STATUS TO NO PARTY PREFERENCE AND VOTE HER OUT… THEY NEED TO VERIFY THE BALLOTS. OR THE FACT THAT PEOPLE WHO WERE NOT ELIGIBLE TO CROSS VOTE BUT STILL DID NEED TO CHECKED OUT….YES, SANDERS VOTERS HAD PEOPLE AT THE POLLING PLACES SLIPPING BALLOTS TO INELIGIBLE PEOPLE.

Another fact is that everyone at the UCLA precinct was forced to vote provisional. College students disenfranchised. I heard that on election day on KPFK Pacifica radio, Go Harrison. Non Part Preference voters are the ones who recently have registered and the same ones who have been singled out by their demographics. This is nor even counting the videos I’ve seen where you can’t select Sanders on a touchscreen voting machine. Its sad and not new. Bush was selected and so was Hillary.

    • granifulano Roth

I’m sure the Clinton voters aren’t challenging whether or not THEY voted…Because they were declared winners. Why would you need to verify if your vote counted? That’s why Joe, only the Sanders voters are questioning it. I mean duh?

CA law requires provisional ballots to be counted and they will be. This is from the Secretary of State’s site. http://vote.sos.ca.gov/unprocessed-ballots-status

From a comment on another site from someone who got the info from the SoS

2,586,331 ballots remain to be processed, consisting of 1,801,816 vote-by-mail ballots, 705,489 provisional ballots, and 79,026 “others,” which are described as ‘ballots that are damaged or ballots that could not be machine read and need to be remade, and ballots diverted by optical scanners for further review.’

The press won’t even cover the goddamned story.
Every state is rife with these allegations and the Federal D.A.’s are largely sitting on their ass, although some lower courts are allowing prosecutions of the State Dem. apparatus to be criminally investigated.

This is a disgusting dog and pony show, in a country that purports to “represent” democracy!
The fraud so far in these elections compares to corrupt elections in Mexico and other third world countries.
It makes me ashamed to say I am American.

    • bill66

Who is being suppressed….. and how?

      • conrad caldwell

In Nevada, NJ, California, everywhere, Sanders supporters have been issued provisional ballots (not counted) under fuzzy/illegal party orders to deny crossover votes from independents (i.e. Bernie supporters).
In Ca., the write-in mail ballots, which usually reflect exactly the proportion of backers of one candidate or another, showed a 2-1 skew pro-Sanders. That is exactly the opposite of the counties vote (where most of Sanders supporters were issued provisional ballots).
At my polling station they refused to allow me to vote otherwise, unless I produced the God damned voter ENVELOPE the mail-in ballot came in.
The pricks! Neither I, nor most Sanders supporters requested mail-in ballots. It was a Debby Wasserman Schultz ploy to defraud Sanders and the popular vote.

If the Democratic Party runs Hillary Clinton, they assure a Trump win.
They steal democracy, and condemn the country to God knows what fate.
I would not vote for an unprincipled defrauder. I will not vote for Hillary.

        • bill66

So…produce the envelope. I got mine in the mail and voted. It was insanely easy. if you can’t do it, like most sanders supporters, then it’s a great thing you didn’t vote. Quite honestly, I’m certain most did vote, but sanders, the socialist didn’t get near the votes he thinks he did.
Voting is one of the easiest things to do. get your ballot in the mail , fill it out and send it back/ put it back in the mail box in the self addressed envelope that comes with it.

          • conrad caldwell

Except that the poll workers refuse to issue you a regular Democratic Ballot, and issue you a “Provisional Ballot” which does not get counted. I had to go home, rummage through the garbage to find the envelope the “Mail-in” ballot came in (from the Democratic Partuy, no less, demonstrating I WAS a registered Democrat, eligible to vote with a regular ballot). Once I produced the mail-in ballot (which I never requested), THEN the canceled the mail-in ballot and FINALLY issued me a regular Democratic ballot, not cross-over, not provisional.

There were hundreds of thousands of voters who were illegally issued Provisional Ballots, with the promise they were as good as a party ballot.
            Hundreds of thousands.
            And guess who they disenfranchised?
            Bernie voters.
            Surprise, surprise, surprise.

Debby Wasserman Schultz and Hillary’s mafia, just lost my vote.

          • bill66

Ahhh… so you took the time to get it right. Did all ‘hundreds of thousands’ do it? No? There you go… and it wasn’t ‘illegal’ or they wouldn’t have been allowed to do it.

          • conrad caldwell

The trick is, that NONE of these people ASKED for a mail-in ballot.
They were issued it automatically, and then they were challenged at the ballot box by workers who mysteriously couldn’t reconcile your license, your name and your current address (even though their own party sent out a mail-in ballot 3 wks before). Then they issue you a provisional ballot, which is toilet paper.

          • bill66

Pretty difficult to fill out the ballot that was sent and put it back in the mailbox? Or take it to the post office on your way to work? Yes…. must be tough. Odd that it was the bernie-bern-outs that couldn’t figure this out. One of the easiest things to do… open, fill it out, send it back. … but it was too much for them. Tough. He’s out. get over it.

          • conrad caldwell

            Get ready for Trump.
Hillary is so toxic to Americans she will get trounced, and we have the DNC and Hillary supporters to thank for that.
            Get over it.

          • bill66

That’s good news for me. I would rather it wasn’t Trump, but I’m voting republican. Always have. I’d never vote for that hag… or that socialist… so Trump all the way.

          • conrad caldwell

            You aren’t getting it.
The DNC used the “Mail-In Ballot” ruse to DISQUALIFY Bernie voters.
They obstructed our voting procedure by insisting on issuing provisional ballots (not counted) to all those who brought the ballot only and discarded the envelope. Moreover, most of us did not ASK for a mail-in ballot, it was part of Hillary’s effort to disenfranchise us.
Not hard to understand, but fraudulent.

          • bill66

So what? They sent me a mail in ballot too. In Washington state. I filled it out and took it to the post office on my way to work. Didn’t seem confusing to me. It’s obviously not ‘fraudulent’ or they wouldn’t be able to do it anywhere in the US.

          • conrad caldwell

            Nope.
            I am done.
If Americans are so damned stupid to elect Trump, they deserve what they get.
I blame the DNC for running a compromised candidate (she’s a Republican, for Christ’s sake), if we end up in a disaster.

Hillary cannot steal my vote in the primaries, and ask for my vote afterward.

            No deal, Hillary.
And good luck, Democrats, you just lost my party affiliation.

          • bill66

No….she’s nowhere near being a republican. It’s ok, they lost me about 23 years ago. And don’t turn your back on hillary… she will steal your wallet. Life get’s better.

The whole voting system needs an overhaul. they can keep the traditional caucuses rallies etc but get rid of the delegates and super delegates and make it vote per vote would not matter if only 10% of the population went out and voted there would still be a clear winner its absolutely mind numbing in the 21st century it is still the way it is and it does not benefit the citizens one bit.

At the very least, the entire voting system needs to be brought into the 21st Century. How is it possible that our elections are handled like a high-school election for school class officers. If you work on the election committee (i.e. Deborah Wasser, Schultz), you can lose votes, mis-count, deprive some people from voting, misdirect the process to procure confusion. The Independent and other parties, such as the green party are completely ignored and the independent party doesn’t even get to participate in the primaries. Primary or Caucus, not both! Superdelegates? only with the democrats? No!

I was listening to Pacifica KPFK on election day in Los Angeles and the voting irregularities were extensive almost beyond belief (GoHarrison.com).
Hillary was selected and the powers that be will do anything to remain in control of this country. The United Nations has stated that when an election result varies more than 2 points from the exit polls then the most likely reason is fraud. But if you have such an unreliable system with no verifiable paper ballots, then the fraud persists and that may be what has happened here. Its just more obvious this time because of the widespread support of Bernie Sanders. I hope this can change because we are looking at Trump in the white house

  • Anthony Barcellos

The uncounted ballots will be tallied county by county (California has 58 of them) and the results transmitted to the Secretary of State’s office in Sacramento within 30 days. Go to http://www.sos.ca.gov/elections to check out the details for yourself. Every year there are lots of uncounted ballots (over two million this time), but they’ve never affected the election night outcome in a statewide race since 2010, when Kamala Harris caught up and passed Steve Cooley, who had prematurely declared victory in the contest for attorney general. Clinton’s lead of 470,000 over Sanders may narrow somewhat in the final count, but probably not by much. Many of uncounted ballots are Republican votes with no impact on the Democratic contest. The ballots come from all over California in roughly the same proportions as the votes counted on election night and there is no particular reason to expect them to be strongly weighted in one direction or another.. Expectations of a reversal when the count is complete are unrealistic.

  • Tumbleweed

As the democrat icon, Uncle Joe, once stated ‘it’s not important who votes but who counts the votes’!

Hillary Clinton needs to drop out before she gets indicted under the espionage act. She is just being selfish. Bill Clinton told Trump to run. Trump is a scare tactic, and when hill bots use him to push Hillary, It is fear mongering. It is just as bad as what republicans do. They are just using something in order to create a vote out of fear for a bad candidate. It is the same thing the republicans do, They use religion, “socialism”. “big government”, and other scare terms in order to push people to an otherwise terrible choice. The lesser of to evils is really just Evil vs. Evil.

  • Richard A. Tucker

I think it’s weird that Sanders supporters turned out in record breaking numbers, the same kind of numbers Obama had but even more for Sanders, and he…. lost? So, when Obama won with those big turnouts and everyone said, “well DUH!” why is it they believe that dynamic has suddenly flip flopped?

  • alnga

Why is everyone surprised about a corrupt Hillary Clinton. She is the first nominee under a Federal Criminal Investigation concerning her honesty and complete lack of integrity. Now this, well everyone will just cave because she is a female, we believe, candidate and really deserves this because she has been first lady. No qualifications needed I guess..

  • El_Guapo

As much as I want to believe this, I’m astonished that we’re not hearing about this all over the place. I mean, despite the media’s tendency to hide everything Sanders related that they can, California being flipped would be HUUUUUGE news, too huge to ignore.

THIS does not exactly mean he is conceding or endorsing her IN ANY WAY… YOU or others can ass-U ME anything you want however, these words are exactly what HE said… fact.

        • bill66

“We have to work together to make sure Trump does not win the Presidency”. A quote from the socialist chump. He has no choice to concede. It reads like you are exactly like him…. stamping your little hooves and ranting that you’re not going away. Tough sh–, sparkles, he is going away because he is a socialist. Welcome to the United States of America.

  • Nicky White

Some kind of hand counting under public observation needs to be installed, instead of electronic voting. Receipts should also be given to voters to save as proof. Each voting station should have to count all the ballots three times, and if they can’t get it right, immediate action to legally supervise the recounting should take place until they get the same count three times in a row. All of the counting should be recorded. The public should be able to access, at all times, the number that represents their voting station on record, and the video to prove it, and if the number ever changes, they have their receipts to back it up. I am sick of people lying, cheating, and stealing their way into power. Bernie is the only sane choice for our nation. He’s calling bullshit. And I’m with him.

    • Godhimself8

You realize he said that he will back Clinton and all but conceded the race yesterday, right?

      • Elyse Stewart-Sass

He did not concede. He is contesting at the convention and if he losses no one knows what he will do except him. He owes the DNC nothing and if he runs third party he can win, 46% Independents and a large portion of Dems and Reps would vote for him. He has the highest favorability ratings. Facts.

    • bill66

Have you watched any news in the last couple days? He’s already out. He is not even close. Nobody wants a socialist to run this country.

  • signalfire1

Video of the group that is forming the lawsuit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ofB3QMbPu60&feature=youtu.be

  • signalfire1

Charles Ortel, an independent auditor of charities, has determined and is in the process of revealing that the Clinton Foundation was never legally authorized as a charity and has amassed $200,000,000,000 (that’s Two Hundred Billion Dollars) in donations from all over the world that have not been properly accounted for; Two Hundred Billion Dollars will buy you a lot of friends, as will promising your minions cushy jobs in your administration… http://charlesortel.com/

  • Tiktok La’mar Quentarius III

Both sides were doing this. Trump had states stolen from him as well. The difference? Trump put a stop to it after WI was stolen from him. It should be Trump vs Sanders in the general right now.

  • insaneupsdriver

As horible as it is, it may need to come down to violence to win back the country. Just remember to demand a jury and you’ll walk every time.

    • bill66

Yes…. let the anti-gun liberals get violent. Let’s plan a time and see if 1… any liberal follows through and 2… How fast you fold. The word you are trying to write is “horrible’. You libtards are so stupid.

  • Cindy A. Perez

Love the article; however, I would like to know the docket number of the lawsuit and which court it’s filed in. I’m a stickler for details having worked in law for over 30 years.

  • Philip

Nothing will be done about this just like every other state that has proven fraud, and there’s nothing we can do about it. We all sat back and let the wealthy steal this great country from us, the hard working citizens who’s blood and sweat built it. Sadly it took a 74 year old man to open our eyes to the injustice that was going on, but now it’s to late there are far to many corrupt and greedy people holding office to ever let it change. Look at this primary Bernie is an overwhelming favorite of the people and he somehow has no shot at beating the walking scandal Clinton she has done nothing to help the middle class and working families, but she has helped Wall Street ,and corporate executives pad their bank accounts while stealing from us. That’s all the proof you need if you care about the rich you can be president. Care about the people you get admiration from millions and told to fall in line with the party, a party he don’t even belong to mind you, this is our country now

  • Janet Moore

Three counties have already flipped and there are still 2 million ballots to count. CA isn’t over.

  • JimmiJames

I live in Santa Barbara. I was going to vote for Bernie, but was denied a ballot because I’m a registered Rep. I was told that I had to re-register as a Democrat before I could vote for the Bern. I was not willing to do that so I voted for Trump. The elections are rigged in Cal…. that’s a FACT! :-/

    • Plantiful

This is not rigging. California has a semi-closed primary process: unenrolled and democrats can vote for democrats. Know your voting rights.

We do need a single, simple election process for federal elections and primaries: too many games and loopholes and lack of accountability

    • bill66

They aren’t “rigged’. You were just unwilling to do what you needed to do. That’s why you were going to vote for sanders. You’re a retard, who won’t do what is necessary.

  • gpskip

    Who is suing?!

  • VicGA

How do they know that so many were not counted in such a short period of time. Who ran all over the state and counted the people who said they didn’t get count and of course had to check the results to determine if they indeed did not.
Something is mighty rotten in Denmark. They know all this in less than a week in such a big state….mighty suspicious. Could it be the last gasps of a dying candidacy? Come on people. I voted for Bernie, but I know when I have to join the majority for what is good for the country.

  • barry

This is FALSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Because BS declares this DOES NOT mean anything has been PROVEN!!!!

  • barry

It’s BECAUSE of FALSE supportive BS PR that drove me AWAY from BS!!!!!!!!!!! JUST VOTE and SHUT UP! Stop illustrating anger, divisiveness and bitterness! His stuff WILL be a reality if you just give it realistic timing! Thanks!

    • bill66

His stuff? Stuff? have you seen his “stuff” at work in Venezuela? It is already a reality there and because his “stuff” has not ever worked, nobody is going to let him run. He’s already out. He’s done. By the next election, he will have died of old age. He’s unfit to run anything.

      • Elyse Stewart-Sass

It isn’t STUFF, it IS policy and an actual PLATFORM with details. LOOK IT UP. And STOP referring to Venezuela, Sanders and his policies have ZERO to do with Venezuela. You saying THAT proves you are not capable of debating with facts… period.

        • bill66

Venezuela! Taking from those who make and coddling those who do not make is socialism. It has never worked. It pains me to see how our educational system has not taught you whiners the first thing about economics and history.

        • bill66

It has everything to do with every socialist country that fell. You have nothing to say on it as our schools have failed to teach you libtarded hags the first thing about failed socialism and economics. You apparently don’t read well either. My reference to ‘stuff’ was in regards to the OP. I’ll paste it for you as I’m sure you can’t look up and see it…….” His stuff WILL be a reality if you just give it realistic timing! Thanks!”… This is from another under-educated, libtarded hag like yourself.

  • bill66

As obama said in 2008, “Hillary will say anything and change nothing”. Yep, they are both tards.

  • Jesse Diaz

Provisional ballots is the key word here. Bernie Sanders supporters were given these. Provisional ballots don’t actually count! If you count them Bernie wins 2 to 1. Just count all votes. this is still America, one man one vote, right?

  • Claude Robichaux

Just stop …. ignorance doesn’t constitute conspiracy.

    • Elyse Stewart-Sass

Look up ElectionJusticeusa.org website and tell me again how it is ignorance.

      • bill66

Sure… there is also a video about how the twin towers being destroyed was a government conspiracy too. It’s all “true” because there is a video on it. Clown.

  • BHS

This is STUPID. He got drilled

  • West_of_the_Cascades

Wow — this is truly delusional.

  • bill smith

Can those filing this suit prove any of the information contained in this article?? I don’t think so, and they need to prove it by the convention in July or its meaningless. Bernie even if he won CA he still would not have enough delegates to beat the Beast.

  • Billy Bobby Lang

I registered as NPP and my name was mysteriously not on the voter list. So I had to vote provisionally.

  • Excalibur1

Mainstream Republicans have been complaining of these Democrat shenanigans for years, but the Republicans leaders are too wimpy to make any protest. At least Bernie is making some noise about injustice.

  • Mervin

This has been nothing more than a conspiracy to perpetrate a Coup E’tat in our country by the Clinton Cartel. I will never accept this election as legitimate if Clinton Wins the DNC nomination. It’s time to fight.

  • hldboo

Well, what do you expect when you’re running against Crooked Hillary?

  • jo mann

Does NOT matter he still doesn’t win! This nonsense has GOT to stop! UNITE and stop or Trump will win. Sore losers are so unattractive

    • #NeverHillary #AlsoNotTrump

Many Bernie supporters are not interested in uniting and are also not democrats.Bernie has beliefs and you know what? He actually believes in them. Hillary sells her stances to banks and foreign rulers. Standing behind a candidate just because they are a party nomination is stupid. Both parties believe in some really stupid things and both parties have some good ideas. I side more left than right, but I would never align myself with a candidate just because they are a democrat. I agree that a Trump presidency would be an awful thing and I will never vote for him, but I think that Clinton is even worse. She is a lying, selfish, self-preserving, buyable piece of shit and I don’t believe a word she says. I will be voting third party and if Trump wins because I didn’t unify with a corrupt party then at least it will be better than if Hillary made it to the oval office.

    • Elyse Stewart-Sass

#NeverHillary, never uniting and if YOU brainwashed fear mongered fools get Trump you can blame the DNC for nominating the one not qualified to hold the title of President of the United States.

  • RethinkThePink

What in the ever loving FUCK? Good god, GIVE UP PEOPLE.

    • Elyse Stewart-Sass

Never giving up, that’s what the party elites want the American dupes to do… fall in line and carry on with a government who doesn’t work for them but for corporations and the 1%. WAKE UP!

      • MiaEli15

So you support overturning the will of the people because Bernie lost? Shameful!

        • Elyse Stewart-Sass

HA! I I am not even going to dignify your silly factless answer with a rebuttal.

          • bill66

You have not given a rebuttal to anything that anyone has written. Simply telling others to “look it up” or “do research” is not a rebuttal. Rebuttals have something like… “facts”.

          • MiaEli15

So you’re going to continue advocating for Sanders nomination despite him losing badly on the popular vote & pledged delegate count?

  • Finkfan66

Bernie is way to old,and just mumbles, clinton will do just fine, bernbots been watching fox news, emails really?

    • Elyse Stewart-Sass

Too old??? Hahahaha… at 59 I wish I had his energy! Nelson Mandela was his age when he won the Nobel Peace Prize… there goes your too old idea. With age comes wisdom. Faux News is for Repubs, Bernie supporters really research their candidate.

      • bill66

But not economics, nor world history.

    • bill66

“Too” old… liberals are too stupid.

  • Kary

I worked as a poll worker Tuesday and I can confirm it is this that a very large portion of people who were registered had been removed from the list and we’re forced to vote provisionally. Myself and the other poll workers thought this was very strange.

  • MiaEli15

LMAO!!! Desperate Berniebots becoming even more delusional!

    • Cpack1

Give me ten reasons why you support Hillary. Heck give me five.

      • bill66

I’ll give you nothing. How’s that? Nobody owes you sh–. Not a nickle, not an explanation, nothing. You are entitled to… deserve… are owed… nothing…from anyone. Trump all the way, sparkles.

        • Cpack1

Troll. I bet you vcant even give me three reasons why your voting for Trump. Ill give you one reason you are. 1. You are an imbecile. Thats the list

          • bill66

I can give you several… but alas… I don’t owe you anything. Nobody does. Suck it.

          • Cpack1

Sounds like a person who cant name one reason. LOL just keep insulting me. It shines a light onto your ignorance. And that is fine by me. I don’t mind when others look like fools. It amuses me.

          • bill66

It’s is exactly as I have stated. I owe you nothing. Nobody does. Your neighbor doesn’t, the government doesn’t. Nobody. (lol)….. (kids write lol)…. Kid.

          • Cpack1

I don’t know what your deal with being owed something. I simply challenged someone to explain to me their reasons for voting for someone. I was curious. I did not say anything about anyonwe owing me anything. But I get it if you can’t meet the challenge then it is fine. It just proves to me that you are blindly following an imbecile which makes you an even bigger imbecile.

I will make my own list for you then
            1. You are an imbecile.
            2. You are bigoted
            3. You have a severe lack of intelligence and critical thinking skills.
            4. You are racist.
            5. You support the candidate that fits you best, so you fit Trump the imbecile the best
            6. YOu are stupid enough to believe what he says.
            7. You do not do your own research
            8. You are gullible, and fall for everything a moron says
            9. You are afraid of fake enemies created to scare you
            10. You have an ego complex– do you have small hands by any chance?
Trump has small hands. You must be insecure about something

          • bill66

All hilarious. You must have ESP. Can you guess what I’m thinking now?

          • Cpack1

When you refuse to accept a challenge, I am forced to assume your reasons. Those are the most logical reasons why you support him. I do not have to have ESP to know only complete morons back an imbecile like Trump. If you could have given logical good reasons why you support Trump you already would have. My reasons are the only ones I have, so for now they are relevant. I challenged you. You can either accept the challenge, and make a list, or my list stands as is.

          • bill66

A challenge by some bernie-bern-out-on-the-internet.. is not a challenge. It’s actually imbeciles who back a socialist to run a capitalist society. It’s actually imbeciles who feel that those who pay hundreds of thousands in taxes, some millions, while you pay a couple grand, then get them back, are not paying their fair share. It’s actually imbeciles who feel government (tax payers) owes you higher education. It’s actually imbeciles who think that flipping a vurger and putting pickles on an order for no pickles, deserves 15 an hour. Your list can stand as is, sparkles. I owe you no explanation of my choice.

          • Cpack1

LOL. so funny. Yeah of course try to turn it on me lol. Your argument is invalid. You are trying to turn it on me, in order to weasel out of making a list. I have to pay taxes and I do not get them back. Everything you said is complete bull. Only an imbecile thinks socialism and social democracy are the same thing. You are an idiot. You continue to prove my point. You have no critical thinking skills. And you are too dumb to realize you are voting for a guy that advocated universal healthcare just a couple of years ago. You are advocating someone who was pro abortion just a few years ago. Trump is a populist. You are an idiot. Trump was told to run by Bill Clinton. He is a ploy by the Clintons. You are an imbecile. Go ahead continue to try and personally attack me instead of coming to the challenge. Lets see Trump is anti war, anti immigration, has been pro universal healthcare, he has also said the rich should pay more in taxes. LOL that sure does sound like a socialist to me. Socialists are anti immigration, anti war, and pro universal healthcare. You are the one that is voting for a closeted socialist. I voted for a Social Democrat. There is a difference. Lie I said you have a lack of critical thinking skills. So I suspect you will not even understand this comment.

          • bill66

Can you write that all again? Whatever reason I have… is not for you. You must have some reasons for the things you do… but like a socialist, you feel you owe an explanation of your choices. I don’t give a rat’s a– what your reasons are for voting for whomever you wish to vote. Sounds like you love to vote clinton, but not me, she’ll never have my vote. I wouldn’t vote for the ancient guy who feel the rich owe the poor something.

          • Cpack1

Trump has been pro universal healthcare in the past. He has said the rich should pay more in taxes. He was pro abortion. Bill Clinton told Trump to run. Trump and the Clintons are best friends. Trump plays golf with Bill. I never siad I would vote for Hillary. I am not a democrat, and I do not feel like I am owed anything. I just challenged a person to tell me reasons why they are voting the way they are. Its not my fault you are chicken and can not meet the challenge. Its probably because you know your reasons are stupid. You are the one voting for a closet socialist. Trump has stated multiple positions that mirror socialism. You are stupid enough to buy what he is selling. It is quite pathetic actually. I can give you a long list of why I voted for Bernie Sanders. I am willing to do that if you challenged me, because unlike you I do not run like a scared child when someone challenges me. I face challenges head on. If Bernie supporters are such bums then why are they the only ones completely funding their candidate. Why are they the only ones that have broken records when donating. You are pathetic and I am not going to continue to enable you.

            Reasons I voted for Bernie
            1. Refuses special interest money.
            2.Campaign funded by the people
            3. Honest and has integrity
            4.wants money out of politics.
            5. anti the terrible free trade agreements.
            6. understands middle class bailed out wall street, now it is wall streets turn to bail out the middle class
            7. Fights for what he believes in even if it is unpopular
            8. Spent his entire career backing those that have the least in society
            9. Actually cares about this country and ALL of its people
            10. He is the embodiment of what I believe in. (Jesus would vote for him)
            11. He can not be bought.
            12. He is anti establishment.
            13. He is not rich
            14. He actually wants to fix things.
            15. He speaks the truth even if its hard to hear.
            16. He recognizes climate change as a serious issue. He does not call it a hoax created by the Chinese like your candidate does.
            17. He does not use hate to fuel his popularity
            18. He talks about the oligarchy
            19. He is passionate about everything he believes in.
            20. He has been consistent for the last forty years. He does not flip flop or change based on popularity of a stance.

Healthcare is not a privilege. It is a right. A universal healthcare system would be cheaper an more efficient than the system we have now. You can look it up. Other countries spend way less on healthcare than we do and there are always just as good outcomes if not better.

          • bill66

You wasted much of your time. I didn’t read your reasons… because I couldn’t care less. That’s the difference. You ‘have’ to know the reasons for other’s choices and I don’t care…it’s none of my business. I did however read the last paragraph, and it’s funny. What amendment is that? Where does any document say you have the ‘right to healthcare’? But………We already have healthcare. We have had healthcare for over 2 centuries. If you need it, you can go get it. easy as that. This is not new… and bernie won’t/can’t say he did anything for it. It was here when he was born. If you wish to see if the grass is greener in “other countries”, go. There is a reason so many from those countries come here.

          • Cpack1

You are full of crap. You are pathetic. You are backing a person who has said socialist things. GO ahead ignore everything I said about Trump being best friends with Clinton. Ignore that par, because it is the part that makes you a fool.

          • bill66

No, sparkles, you are full of crap. You haven’t seemed to understand that bernie is not in the race. He’s out. He will not be president and I will not vote hillary. Ever. I would have never voted bernie. No, sparkles, it is you who are full of crap. So…. I wish to know how your trips abroad turn out. It is you….who is pathetic.

          • Cpack1

LOL just repeat everything I say and ignore my comment. You are so pathetic.

          • bill66

I didn’t ignore it, I just don’t think you know your a– from a hole in the ground. Some Joe-bag-of-donuts on the internet thinks he’s enlightened. You’re nobody I wouldn’t trust if you think a socialist bernie is a viable candidate. You are a waste.

          • Cpack1

This coming from an A$$ backwards Trump supporter that does not even realize he is supporting a buffoon that does nothing but lie a decieve. LOL you are so pathetic. There are pictures of Trump and Bill playing golf. Bill Clinton even said that he told Trump to run. Trump invited Hillary and Bill to his wedding. They are best pals.

Trump has stated that he is pro universal healthcare. He also stated that he wants the rich to pay more taxes, and has been pro abortion in the past.
You are the waste of space. You are so ignorant that you actually think a con artist has your best interest at heart. You are an imbecile, any you lack the ability to see when someone is duping you. That makes you gullible. Some Trump supporter on the internet is an idiot. What a surprise. Who would imagine a Trump supporter that is bigoted and an idiot. I would never have imagined. A trump supporter that only knows how to insult, because their daddy did not love them enough, or maybe he loved you a little too much. Who knows really. Oh a Trump supporter that has a lack of reading comprehension and critical thinking skill, who would have guessed? Trump supporter= the worst America has to offer. A report came out a while back that Trumps plans would destabilize the economy and cost trillions of dollars. He will not make America great again, however he will destroy it. I have come to realize that you do not even have three logical reasons. I bt your reasons go as follows. 1. Build a wall. 2. Ban all muslims. 3. Trump is rich so maybe he will make me rich. 4. White people are being persecuted. 5. Trump… America great. 6. Trump.. Trump.. Trump 7. Trump is a dick so he must be honest. 8. Trump university worked out so well. 9. Oh I like candidates that have 3500 lawsuits filed on them. I am going to guess and say that would be the basics of your list.

          • bill66

“You are the waste of space. You are so ignorant that you actually think a con artist has your best interest at heart. You are an imbecile, any you lack the ability to see when someone is duping you. That makes you gullible. Some Trump supporter on the internet is an idiot. What a surprise. Who would imagine a Trump supporter that is bigoted and an idiot.”…. writes the liberal. Reread the hate from you. Watch the news and see the bernie supporters throwing eggs, punching, kicking, disrupting traffic. You fuc-ing hypocritical piece of s–t.

          • Cpack1

LOL. That is your response. I have never thrown eggs at anyone. Can you prove those are Bernie supporters, or were those just anti trump protesters. Are you really that stupid? Oh wait don’t answer that I already know the answer. You are assuming that all of those protestors support Sanders which is idiotic. I am not a liberal. I am an anarcho-syndicalist. I actually think outside of the two political system . I am not a sheep. I am not a gullible trump supporter that is too stupid to realize he is being played a fool. I do not hate anyone. I have no hate. I only point out the obvious. I call you an imbecile because it is obviously the case. I am not a hypocrite. I do not hate you because you support Trump. I actually feel sorry feel sorry for the amount of ignorance you must possess. Unlike you I do not hate people for supporting a candidate. You can back Trump all you want, and I will not hate you, but I will point out your stupidity. Which you have mountains of by the way.

          • bill66

” Anarcho-syndicalist”…… Fu–ing hilarious. Dude… you are a riot. Go get stoned while wearing your hemp shoes. Anarcho-syndicalist…………… that’s nice………… you go, girl.

          • Cpack1

More insults from an obviously incompetent man. You insult because you lack the brain functionality to or mental capacity to not use them. You obviously have daddy or mother issues. I bet you have small extremities. That is probably why you overcompensate

          • bill66

There’s the liberal in you. Just can’t help thinking about the c–ks on other men. Talk about ‘daddy’ issues. It saddens me that not only do you sausage smokers constantly think of men’s “extremities’, you feel a socialist is a viable candidate.

          • Cpack1

Extremities can mean arms, legs, or hands. I was referring to Trumps small hands. You sick pervert. You are the one that has penis on the mind. I was just talking about hands. GOD . YOu have a sick mind

          • bill66

No you weren’t, sausage smoker. We all know what you liberal “guys” do. Oh… you’ve never heard such things in all your life, huh prude? Can it. Nobody believes you.

          • Cpack1

LOL. You have to be the dumbest and yet funniest person I have ever commented to. LOL. Man you are a bigot. I was talking about hands. Look up Trump small hands. It is a pretty popular joke. I know you want to fantasize about me doing things to your penis. I understand. You want me to be a “sausage smoker” Because you want to imagine me “smoking” your “Sausage”. I get it your an in the closet homosexual that has a father complex, and a trump penis shoved up your butt so far that its coming out of your mouth. LOL in other words you are getting F’d by Trump. F-ing loser Trump supporters…. So dumb. I feel like my IQ is being lowered every time I read one of your comments.

          • bill66

“To whom I commented”. If you’re trying to be superior, use correct grammar.

          • Cpack1

Grammar is irrelevant. I never said I was superior. I do not have an inferiority complex, so I am not trying to prove my superiority. You should just come out of the closet. Its 2016 for Gods sake. It is generally accepted these days. I do not think I am superior to you. I just think you are a gullible idiot that should look more into their candidate before backing them. Maybe you should look into Gary johnson who I will likely vote for in the general. He is a better option than Trump.

          • Cpack1

You– ” I know what you are but what am I?” LOL pathetic.

    • Gforce27

Uh…there is evidence of election fraud going back to at least the year 2000. Please look at Greg Palast’s website and the “Hacking Democracy” documentary; or look up Richard Charnin, a mathematician who’s been studying this issue using statistical analysis since 2004. To “LYAO,” over this issue, is to basically claim ignorance and willful blindness. It is NOT just Bernie Sander’s who has been affected by it over the years. Look, do you want to live in a real democracy, or just a fake one?!

      • bill66

A real democracy or a fake one? Neither. I wish to live in the Constitutional Republic that is this country. Not some socialist pos nation.

        • Gforce27

Riiiight. O.K, so you want to live in a Constitutional Republic that allows election stealing by it’s oligarchic elites–because that doesn’t sound to “constitutional.”

          • bill66

“Election stealing”… hilarious. Bernie was out-voted. Get the f— over it, kid. He’s out.

          • Gforce27

What’s Hilarious is you calling me a kid. I’m a 46 year old mother. But, whatever–I now realize that I’ve been trying to have a debate with a troll, so sayonara, have fun using your arrogant put downs on some one else.

          • bill66

See ya. Bernie is not going to be able to steal from me to give to you, cupcake. Never will.

          • Gforce27

Oh hey, thanks for proving me right, sweet cheeks, you are indeed a troll.

          • bill66

Yes, anyone who disagrees with you “must” be a troll. after all… you’re always correct.

          • Gforce27

You’re not simply disagreeing with me or having a debate. You’re not interested in a debate. You’re using insults and and telling me to “get the f— over it, kid.” Oh, and you called me “cupcake.” That’s trolling, not “disagreeing.”

          • bill66

Tissue? Nobody is telling you to reply to me.

      • MiaEli15

No doubt that SCOTUS gave Bush the presidency in 2000 but that has nothing to do with the Democratic Party’s 2016 nomination process. Sanders lost fair and square. Indeed, Sanders actually benefited from the undemocratic caucuses.

By all means, count every legitimate ballot. However, (1) I am in California and I actually do know more people who voted for Clinton than Sanders; (2) it would make sense that the electronic votes would show a higher percentage of votes for Bernie than the precinct overall, as Bernie supporters tend to be younger, and more likely to select electronic voting; (3) provisional ballots would also be more common among Bernie supporters than Clinton supporters, assuming that many newly-registered voters are Bernie supporters; (4) CA requires electronic voting machines to give the voter a paper receipt so they can verify that their vote was counted correctly. Perhaps when all the legitimate provisional ballots are counted, Bernie will win the state. But there is no compelling evidence of fraud here.

We need at least 1 million individuals (1% of the youth electorate) to show up.

We need to send a clear message to the democratic party leaders: We want Bernie and we won’t waste our vote on Hillary. Moreover, the national polls show Trump and Hillary neck and neck, while Bernie beats Trump by a wide margin.

Dear superdelegates: There are at least 50 million registered young people and independents, many of whom were not able to vote or whose vote was not counted in the primary, who will not vote for Hillary in the general election. If Trump wins the Presidency, there will be no one to blame except yourselves for not supporting Bernie Sanders.

One of the most biased lame articles i have ever read full of lies and conspiracy theories. Take the FB child porn thing….completely debunked and Sanders folks even wrote a FB post confirming that it was a FB glitch that impacted many groups, not just Sanders and was NOT targeted. And Sanders was gonna INSIST he be installed as the nominee if he won California??? Get a grip.

Keep the faith . . . many of us have seen election fraud before, and know that if you do not give up and give in to corrupt forces arrayed against you, that “karma” does exist and often does show it’s hand in ways in which we can easily understand . . . .

So do not give up; keep the faith — Know that there are millions of us working together to change our country to be a better, more moral, equitable and conscientious place in the world in which to raise our families.

Remember, all politics is local. Our people’s peaceful progressive “political revolution continues all over the country.

Here, in North Central Florida, we have candidates openly running for Congress who most likely will win, campaigning on several of the the issues included in Bernie Sanders people’s peaceful progressive “political revolution.”

Moreover, local community grassroots citizen’s movements are now sprouting up all over the place to achieve our goals from the ground level up — one step at a time; issue by issue, one Voter to another, until we reach “critical mass” with enough people Voting together to create the positive changes we seek to realize.

In Alachua County and Marion County and all over Florida, we are focusing our community organizing efforts to secure enough votes to

    Pass state and national election campaign finance laws restricting the corrosive effect upon our elections due to corrupt campaign cash and PAC slush funds ;

Establish “Livable Wages” policies, city by city, county by county.

    Build the world’s best universal single payer cradle-to-grave health care system;

    Pass significant changes in our criminal justice system to remove people from prison and change harmful laws;

Such as removing Cannabis (Marijuana) from the federal Controlled Substance Schedule One dangerous drug list, as well as passing state Legal Cannabis laws like Florida’s MEDICAL MARIJUANA State Constitutional Amendment # 2, which Florida Voters are expected to approve this coming Election Day on November 8th, 2016.

This state constitutional law assist those who are very sick or terminally ill, as well as a number of patients covered suffering from a specified

    list of serious medical conditions.

Two years from now, in 2018, Florida Voters will have the opportunity to vote to pass our next step, the Florida State Constitutional Amendment RIGHT OF ADULTS FOR CANNABIS, which constitutionally guarantees the right of all adults in Florida over the age of 21 to possess, use and grow cannabis on private property, and within our own homes, for medicinal or recreational use.

There is much for us to do, locally, within our own communities, as well as to keeping the faith and be ready to response, if necessary, as the two major political parties stage their Election Conventions to attempt to seat two candidates with the highest unfavorable rating than any candidate has ever had before now. Keep your seats, your powder dry and be ready for the next step in our national people’s peaceful progressive “political revolution” as we move forward from today.

The wise quote following below is from a commentator, Paul Swartz, ·(Museum Educator at New-York Historical Society), who was responding to a current news story:

“He’s [Bernie Sanders] assembling a network of progressive voters and teaching us to recognize and wield our considerable political strength. Did he want to win the primary? Of course he did. Fundamentally, though, the campaign was about fomenting his “political revolution.”

Every speech he makes and every delegate he wins helps him shift our politics a little bit leftward. It’s a long game. Why would the president’s endorsement of Hillary Clinton make him abandon his positions on fracking, Israel/Palestine, or single payer healthcare? You’d have to be divorced from reality to think he’d do anything but continue to espouse his ardently held beliefs. We’re all (even Bernie) aware that he lost the primary, but there are battles beyond battles, here.

“There is no way the Democratic Convention is going to nominate somebody on the basis of obviously stolen votes…the facts are coming out and that’s a fact…We are suing the media as being complicit in the crime. Contrary to mainstream media opinion, Hillary does not have enough votes in the primaries to win outright so it will be a contested election. She has NOT ‘won’ the nomination! Polls show Trump would likely win over Hillary in a general election! According to all polls Bernie is the only candidate that is sure to beat Trump by ten points or more! Bernie is the only choice to avoid a Trump presidency! The super delegate vote will determine the healthy survival or chronic death of the Democrat party! I have been a loyal Democrat for over fifty years but if Bernie is not the nominee I, along with many others, will be reluctantly leaving the party after the convention. Hillary or Trump are both unacceptable candidates and would be disasters for the country! We should not be forced to choose between them! If Bernie is not the nominee the best hope for all of us is if he will head a third party ticket. Independent voters make up 43% of the voting poplulation and with about half of Democrats he could very easily win in a third party bid! Polls show that most Bernie supporters will not vote for Hillary under any circumstances!

There’s simply been too much hanky panky going on in this Primary. The message is loud and clear….We are the ones to ensure the changes are made that need making. I don’t believe that Bernie ‘s large rallies didn’t convert into votes. Both Obama and Trump ‘s did. I don’t believe the reason Bernie won most of the caucuses was because he had more activist supporters attend. I think it was harder to cheat or rig a caucus with all those in attendance being able to count for themselves. States that had a paper trail proved 50-50 for both candidates, and those that did not happened to go HC by around 60-40 or more. All the votes for Calif. still haven’t been counted … several millions. I could go on with more …
This election was a travesty and a coronation. I’m in my 60s and have been a lifelong Democrat. This November I’ll be voting for Jill Stein.

  • Ann Cortellacci-Kulczycki

So what are we going to do about it?? How do we bring this to the MSM where they can’t ignore it anymore? How do we get them to start talking about it? How do we get them to stop calling Hillary the presumptive winner when she isn’t? How do we get Bernie the respect that his campaign deserves…it was coming and than all of a sudden Clinton was the presumptive winner… we have to change the tide!! It is time before the convention to raise awareness to the true candidate before Hillary does anymore damage.

“Oddly, virtually all of those not allowed to vote and forced to vote provisional ballots were Bernie Sanders supporters.”

Odd indeed, as knowing this ahead of time in order to be able to give provisional ballots to only Bernie supporters would require mind reading each and every voter.

    People actually believe this bullsh*t??

    • bill66

These bernie voters were mailed ballots, but went to the rallies and polling places without their ballots that were mailed to them. They didn’t bring their ballots (then were issued ‘provisional’ ballots as they ‘forgot’ their ballots that were mailed to them)… because they’re not too bright. One can very easily, like most everyone else figured out, that you get your ballot in the mail, fill it out, take it to the post office, then attend the rally. Nobody else’s problem but the dingus who did not bring their ballot.

If the rest of the article is as unfactual as what he said about the VAN then there isn’t much correct about this article. The reason the data is so bad is because the data comes from the Board of Elections, not because someone deliberately made it bad for them. It is especially bad for the phone numbers that are given. You can blame people who move who don’t tell their old voting board that they have moved and you can blame families who don’t inform them about who has died. You can blame poorly paid and over worked clerks that create typos. I know this is very frustrating for the volunteers but I have run canvassing and phone banks for a decade and this is just the way it is. In my state it takes about 8 years to get bad data out of the system if no one tells them. If you haven’t voted in 8 years you may find yourself removed from the system and it isn’t because of some conspiracy. I don’t know what the rules are in California but I expect it is somewhat similar. As for Clinton getting into Bernie’s database, I’m afraid you forgot it was the other way around. The reason the VAN was closed to Bernie for a short time is because his workers violated the code that every user signs to get access to the database. The rules say if you violate the code you are kicked off the VAN. That is what happened. This was not a conspiracy against the Sanders campaign or because the VAN company is for Hillary, It is just the rules that all must play by. In fact bending the rules to let him back on the VAN was what actually happened. Also you can’t tell by what people say who they actually voted for. Exit polls are not exactly accurate. Some people just prefer to tell people what they want to hear. Some people just enjoy deliberately lying to confuse things. I personally know several people who normally vote for Republicans who voted in our primary for Bernie because they thought he would be easier to beat than Hillary. I had someone in 2008 who told me he would vote for Hillary in the primary because he didn’t want a Black in the White House but he wouldn’t vote for her in November because a woman shouldn’t be president. There are sometimes complex (and not necessarily good) reasons as to why people change their vote. In 2008 when Hillary lost, I then joined the Obama Change team to help get him elected. The important thing is to not let a Republican President occupy the White House and appoint the next 3 Supreme Court justices.
