FBI Director James Comey has cleared Clinton of all wrong doing over her illegal activities involving classified emails, despite the fact that agents say they have enough evidence to indict her.
Comey’s announcement on Sunday that the FBI would not seek to prosecute Hillary Clinton will be a bitter blow to multiple officials at the agency who say they had adequate evidence, including “secret recordings of a suspect talking about the Clinton Foundation,” that could have led to a Hillary Clinton prosecution.
Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) broke the news:
FBI Dir just informed us "Based on our review, we have not changed our conclusions that we expressed in July with respect to Sec Clinton"
